I happened to be recovering from a rotator cuff surgery. I was in a motorcycle crash that resulted in a complete tear of my subscapularis. I had finished my PT, but I was suffering from a really bad AC joint impingement and I was faced with possibly having to get a second surgery. Wendy was able to figure out that the impingement was due to muscles in my shoulder being shut down, due to the trauma of the accident and the surgery. She is very skilled in applied kinesiology and thoroughly tested every individual muscle in my shoulder joint and rotator cuff and made the right adjustments and worked the right trigger points to get them all working. Over the course of a few weeks my shoulder began functioning properly and the impingement and pain is now gone. Wendy really knows what she's doing. Thanks to her treatment I managed to avoid a second surgery and my shoulder is on track to a full recovery. Wendy is fantastically different, though, taking a holistic view of her patients' health and focusing on the root causes of the problems that may require manipulation. A manipulate, she does, with amazing speed and effectiveness. No Mengele-like tables or devices that you see at other chiropractic offices. Just a simple table and her amazing technique works wonders. She is the only chiropractor that I have ever returned to--and I will continue to do so, even though I live 3 hours away.
