I was very uncomfortable with radiating throbbing shoulder pain. I called the office the Dr called right back and saw me within the hour. I was greeted with a smile and reassurance by the doctor. My admission was efficient and doctor listened to me. My exam went very well. I received treatment and my pain and discomfort markedly reduced. By the end of the day my movement was much improved. I began attending Laney Chiropractic Clinic shortly after a car accident. I had pain in my neck, head, shoulders and back. That was a few years ago and now I go every month for massage and an adjustment for maintenance. Dr. Laney and his team are professional, caring, and accommodating. I was able to get in quickly for an eval with Mark. He discussed my concerns and took the time to listen to what I had to say. I had an adjustment and then a plan in place. The massage therapists that work for him do a great job! I've always been skeptical of chiropractors but Mark changed that. I am finally pain free. We provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance our patient´s return to optimal health. Do you know which supplements and vitamins are good for you? Do you know how these supplements and vitamins interact with one another? Mark Laney can provide a structured nutritional program based on your individual needs. We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use.
