She will then order you to wash your hands, and treat you in a rude, abrupt, and condescending manner during intake. She exhibited suspicion and resentment, it seemed like, when I wanted to know about the procedure, complaining that it would take time to provide information, and she was running behind due to an elderly client. She just ordered me to get on the table...I had to ask for what, and did not even know we were going to start with needles. One the phone I had explained this was my first experience with accupuncture, and had questions about the herbal supplements I wanted to take as well. She told me to bring them with me, but never followed up with it in the office. She does not know how to create a friendly, kind, professional rapport at all. She actually reminded me of Nurse Ratchet from One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, and had the most cold demeanor I have ever seen in healthcare. I stated I was so uncomfortable that I had to leave, and asked if I owed anything. She stated that she could not bill me because she did not perform a service. Low and behold she has attempted to bill my insurance for sitting there being rude for a few minutes! That is fraud. I do not recommend her at all. BEWARE.
