I know that a few people there could be new sometimes so yeah there's a little bit of a way occasionally for the most part and they will help you within 30 minutes maximum. Come to the job center really helped me when I first moved out here with my brothers couple years ago and you needed some groceries and they hooked us up with EBT at the time and we were able to eat on the same day. This is a really great place for you to go handle all your business and take care of it by the end of the day is sometimes those calls can be long way. Well you could just pull up here and get whatever you need done.

Unlike others like Remedy Staffing or Employee Express or Beacon Hill who almost never talk to you, never follow up on anything, and have little to present, Spherion was on the ball from the word go! They responded the fastest and off the bat gave me four options to look at when the others only had one! I got a job pretty quickly. I wanted to write this review then, but I'm glad I waited. When that job fell through some time later, Spherion supported me and I was able to get another one in less than two weeks. I have been exceptionally impressed by their speed and humanity. I feel heard and helped. Even when having to deliver bad news, they did a phenomenal job, able to discern relevant points in response, and kept doing what was right for me! They are the best without a doubt. They are really active on your behalf and that meant the world.

They called to say that they felt I was unkind to Spherion staff and wanted me to apologize for that from two and a half years ago. If it really bothered Spherion they would have requested an apology ages ago.

They asked a lot of questions during the interview that were really unnecessary (like how I spend my free time). They asked what rate I was seeking and also what was the lowest rate I would consider. Even though they didn't have a position for me yet, they insisted on checking my references. Finally after all this you wait. A few weeks later they called me up with a position that paid less than the lowest rate I said I would consider, like they're doing me a big favor because I'm unemployed. I did not take the bait... and I decided not to have anything to do with them again. The next time I posted my resume on the job sites - a year later - they started calling me again. They wanted me to come back in and do the whole process over. No way. Robert Half is the absolute bottom of the barrel as far as IT contracts are concerned. Take a look at the rates they have posted on some of their positions. You can't find an agency that pays less than they do. Don't waste your time.
