I called over 10 pharmacies who all said that a tetanus shot is supposed to be given at urgent care. I called 10 other urgent care places and they all offer tetanus shots on the spot. Now the "doctor" or "PA" wants to charge me for a visit in order to give me my medical history so I can go elsewhere. Stay away! They have 4 business names and it seems as if they change the name every time they start getting bad reviews. Trust me, just take my advice for your own sake.

I came in for the "free consultation" but was handed intake forms to fill out first, which triggered me when I got to the childhood trauma questions and started crying. Dr. Brady took me in for the consultation quickly after that. Both he and Tanya were very nice, but everything seemed so rushed. Dr. Brady quickly explained that he was $50 an hour, and what I needed was Tanya's hypnotherapy, which was $150 an hour and both were tax deductable. He added that I would feel much better just with 4 sessons. I actually am feeling better alway with just one, except that we didn't discuss the sliding scale! My mother died in The Club on July 24, 2026 five days after we alerted the staff to a decline in…read moreher health. It should've been the nurses and doctors alerting me my mom needed to go to the hospital. I even called a progress meeting two days before her death. No one showed up after the Director of Nursing agreed to set it up and I received a call telling me it would take place in my mom's room. I had to ask the nurse to get everybody in the room. My sister took the time off from work. They were all 15 minutes late. Why? They said they'd give my mom IV. I sat there the next day watching the nurse, Ms. Moneymaker, try to stick my mom 6 times with no success. She said she'd call an a company who comes in to do a midline. That night I received a call from a nurse at midnight stating the nurses couldn't get IV or midline in my mom to give her antibiotics and fluids I said why aren't they sending my mom to a hospital. The night nurse said "if the doctor felt she needed to go he would send her." This is a travesty. My mom should not have died. The day my mom died not one person came in the room to give condolences or guide us in what to do. The experience was inhumane and made my sister and I grieve more. Do not ever take your loved one to this awful place. They let our mother die. It was their job to try to save her send her to hospital. Dr. Vallejo-Agudelo put the wrong cause of death in death certificate as we did autopsy and our mom did not die from heart failure. She died from sepsis which is preventable and treatable!!!!!
