Bills were over $739 per visit which is ridiculous 40minutes of therapy & outrageous. This is why insurance companies don't want to pay. This is price gauging. I would have never went if they informed me they would not accept my insurance in full minus deductible & the price. I have documents showing what they accepted but they still want to rape me! Needless to…read moresay, I went into the O.R. with a measure of trepidation - even though I've had surgery elsewhere over the years on both ankles, one shoulder, one detached retina, both hips replaced and one knee replacement. In other words, I am not unfamiliar with what major surgery entails, especially post-op. But this surgery involved my CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM! Scary thought. Dr. Snavely was not just good, nor was he great, he was - and remains (had my six-week follow-up yesterday) - PHENOMENAL!! Six weeks out of surgery, I am walking without my pre-existing "waddle/penguin" gait, turning and stopping "on a dime" (okay, a bit of hyperbole; I am not nor was I ever Barry Sanders) with nary a trace of pain. I am ELATED about not just the result, but also the commitment to the patient that I have experienced. As others have noted, Stephanie & Barbie - in addition to Dr. Snavely - deserve to be recognized for their "team" efforts. Thank you, all!

I was sent directly to someones voice mail box stating they would contact me with 1 business day to make an appointment. I called back and the lady who answered the phone was RUDE. She said I had to wait a business day to talk with someone on making an appointment. I have never heard of such a thing. My pain is severe and I cannot lift my arm. I missed work and now have to wait until tomorrow at best for someone to call and hopefully make me an appointment.

Tom Oliva was my therapist, and he is truly amazing! The front staff, Shivani and Shantee are professionals at juggling schedules in a caring and kind manner. They will work to get you in while they make you feel like a very special person. Tommy is the most gifted therapist, creating a program that got my shoulder's pain level down, and increased its mobility and strength. He LISTENED after asking how the shoulder was feeling, then created a program that used different exercises, each time keeping the therapy exciting and progressing. There was NEVER a "set routine" that I was told to perform. He uses manual manipulation and massage of the joint at EACH session and as needed to reduce pain throughout the session. He has such a positive attitude, making the sessions fun and innovative. My surgeon, Dr. George White found the results outstanding for range of motion as well as strength and well beyond the expectations he had for the surgery. I had a Partial Knee Replacement in March 2003 was told they were good for about 10 years. Well it's been over 20 years now and have just started having issues with that knee in the last year and will getting a referral to follow up with Dr Ray.
