I called 24/hrs (within their business hours) prior to my scheduled session and I STILL got charged a cancelation fee. so they expect us to follow their policies they don't even follow???? joke of a place. front desk staff/ schedulers are also rude and not the nicest. considering this is a place for people to turn too not the way to make people want to come back.

After scouring through the list of their therapists online and choosing one, they say "sorry that person does not see under 18"... UMmmm ok well who does? Then they give me only two options... I say ok that makes it easier to decide! Then I look for the name of the first person they give me and low an behold no bio for that person. I say "can you tell me anything about this person".... the receptionist has the audacity to say "you can Google her". Um... again.... the therapist had a common name and I could not believe they asked me to Google... This place is a joke and CLEARLY they do not care about someone's mental health. I too am a patient there.... I had one session and it went ok, but it just is not the warm and fuzzy vibe you would want from a therapy center. SOLID no for me!!

Yes, I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes to schedule an appointment, but I was able to get in right away and start working with two AMAZING therapists. I have a lot of struggles in the car and they would let me call reception before my appointments so they could walk me through my drive there! I even had a few panic attacks in the waiting room and they have ALWAYS been attentive, helpful and kind. I have enjoyed every single encounter I've had here. I always leave in an amazing mood and am looking forward to my next appointment. Because of my two in incredible therapist and they're amazing staff, I have been able to make a huge amount of progress in less than six months. Thank you for changing my life, PsychBC.

No one ever answers, and if you leave a message, they call back anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 days later. Overall recommend, but I advise to call and literally wait on hold until someone answers - that's how I finally got scheduled. I was on hold for 74 minutes. HOWEVER, once I got an appointment (Easton location), I was seen quickly and have received wonderful care. The office is nice and the staff is great. I see Lacey Kolb, who is kind, compassionate, and sensitive to changing medications on a timeline I am comfortable with, as opposed to another practice I went to that immediately halted a med I had been on for 10 years.
