I would give a zero if I could. I we t got a trial and sign up with a plan. When I went the girl was super rude, this place is stilling your money and health. I have been with lots of headache, dizziness I went to my doctor they run tests on me. My liver is bad so the doctor asked me to stop the red light therapy. I send the doctors letter to them stating my liver is bad, and if you have attend their treatments they tell you to take liver support vitamins HELLO!!, they still denied cancelling the treatments and refund the money. I contacted cherry as well and send my doctors info. They think they are doctors and will tell you it would not damage you but it is bad. I went in for a consultation on a promotion to see what Lipomelt was all about and ended up choosing the 10 session package. During the consultation they ask several questions about your "why", ie goal, then spend quite a bit of time explaining what services they offer. During this visit, you also get a lipomelt session with red light after being weighed and measured. Each session is very relaxing with soothing spa music. I think I even started to doze off a few times. When your session is done, they send you off with a nice cup of detox tea or a green drink. It is a great way to relax after a long day at work. But it is more than just for relaxation. The red light helps reduce fat in your targeted areas: head, face, chin, tummy, back, and thighs. I had my first session, i signed a payment agreement, and then I changed my mind and cancelled the plan. when I realized the plan was more than $3,000 dollars. They signed me up with the Cherry application for the payment and I have not been able to cancel as they say there is no reimbursement. I understand that.
