The treble group is singing songs of female empowerment and diversity. I see this group as a way to not only express her singing voice, but it gives voice to her sense of confidence, her own unique opinions, as well as her love of community. They are doing a great job with online singing, and we feel we are getting closer to safe, in-person singing as vaccinations become more a reality. My goto are Yoga classes with Amit G, Azadeh or Alex when she use to teach here and for a deep relaxation and restoration, I also keep the sound and breathing healing class in rotation. Amit G's vinyasa class, there is so much workout, I need 24 hour recovery, while in healing class, there are no active yoga poses in that one, but more meditative while lying down and the singing bowls are great. One can attend by buying a 10 class pass or via classpass or membership, which makes it quite affordable. Yoga mat rentals are $2, water and bathroom are shared with the cafe. There is option to join certain classes online as well and for lower cost.

The instructors are amazing and the class sizes in my experience have always been small. One thing I notice is that the corners of the studio have a lot of dust otherwise the studio is clean. They also request that you take off your shoes before entering the space. There is ample parking and I haven't seen the cafe too packed or noticed it being too loud during a yoga session. There is only one wall with a mirror so if you do come late, there may be a chance where you won't be able to check your posture during yoga, but the instructors are quite nice and will help you reposition.

The prices are beyond great if you love vintage clothing and know fabrics. I may have found my favorite dress of all time here for a whopping $14 (because it's a two piece set of decorative vintage fabric) it was in the premium section and the volunteers were adorable making sure I knew why it was priced this way. (I couldn't afford a yard of this fabric retail I'm giddy about a vintage two piece set that I can customize). To then discover that the proceeds go to support women's scholarships was the ultimate bonus! My grand total for everything was $54 and I happily gave my change to the donation bucket by the register. If you are in the area and love unique vintage items this is a must explore. I had to resist the urge to buy several of the tea cup collections. I'm a sucker for vintage tea sets and they have several that are stunning! I reached out to AAH and set up a time for a Smile Farm Tour. On the day of, we met with the tour guide and were taken on the Smile Farm Tour. The walking area is ADA/stroller accessible, but do expect that the ground may be muddy/dusty. My son was initially okay with seeing the animals, but eventually got fussy for the remainder of the tour. Some of the animals we saw on the tour were rabbits, (mini?) horses, goats, sheep, guinea pigs, and ducks. We were able to pet the rabbits and guinea pigs on our tour. We really enjoyed the tour and plan to bring our son again once he's a bit older. Parking was easy since we arrived in the morning. When we left, the parking lot was fuller since the farm is adjacent to a large park.

Looking for an alternative program to migrate to I heard a lot about QuickBooks, but am rather 'old-school' and was trying to avoid putting our business accounting in the cloud and having a direct link from online bookkeeping to our checking account. As I had never used any other accounting program, and have no formal training, switching felt daunting. I found Prosper Bookkeeping on Yelp and reached out to Daniel Lin for a free consultation. He explained that I could use QBO without linking our checking account directly or utilizing AI features if I did not want to. So I decided to work with Daniel -- he patiently went through the steps to set up our books for the beginning of the year and coached me in bringing all entries for the year up to date. It was helpful for me to learn the new program UI through hands on instruction via Zoom, and then later review the videos Daniel provided of our training sessions. Daniel is a consummate professional - a non-judgmental and patient listener who is extremely knowledgeable and has a knack for quickly parsing through numbers. After using the program for a full quarter, I found that I had made several errors and could not reconcile our bank statements with QBO -- Daniel found the issues for me and fixed them in minutes.
