But when they cancel to bad for you. They will not even try to book you in without begging. Then they don't get back to you. I booked somewhere else and asked for my records of treatment so could be safely treated somewhere else. I was told I would have to wait 2WEEKS! Their procedure. They had acess to records as I saw them when I made my appointment. They refused to give me MY records. They are putting me at risk for no reason. Run away! Run away! They are actively putting people at risk!!

I was impressed from the minute I hobbled in with a walker 2 weeks after surgery. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable, and really encouraged me through the whole process. I felt like he was one of my biggest cheerleaders. My surgeon is so impressed with my results he asked me who was doing my physio! I think that speaks for itself! The clinic was clean with a great atmosphere. I can't recommend Alex and Mackie Physiotherapy enough! I'm almost sorry to be discharged!

Blaine and his staff are all so wonderful, from the moment you walk in, they have wonderful…read morereceptionists who is so friendly and helpful to the physio's who all go out of their way to help you manage your pain. I have seen most of the physio's there, Tyler, Adrian, Nadia and Blaine himself. They have a gym and I go a few times a week to exercise and sometimes when I am in pain they are even willing to give me a quick adjust without an appointment, they are all about making their clients pain free and happy. I take my 13 year old there and he always wants to go back, I think he wishes he had an appointment with them every week. Tyler has recently started doing dry needling on me and it has mad a world of difference for my pain, so if you haven't tried that you should book an appointment, it will be worth your money and time.
