At this point in my life? Not so much. Consequently that was my motivation to join Alliance Française. I've been a member now for over a year. In this year, they moved locations and I've slowly made French-speaking friends. To boot, I did some private tutoring as well. I enjoy my time when I'm there. I think the only thing is I wish there was more diversity of activities, but I think I say this as I'm from Miami and I'm used to lots going on. The group in Tallahassee is a nice bunch, but in comparison to groups I was a part of Miami, well - they're pretty low-key.

Then we moved to Tallahassee and never thought we would find Mia something as special. But then my wife met Mrs. Martha and Mrs. Madonna from SewNoles and thought that they would be a good fit. This place is so special that even my wife is taking classes. The ladies are spectacular and have truly rounded Mia up to the next level of passion for the art. Thrifting is a fun hobby - almost like a treasure hunt, but whoever is pricing the items in the store have priced out of the thrift store range and more into boutique level shopping.
