Parking: This gym is part of a shopping center, therefore it has a shared parking lot, but the years I've been coming here I have never had trouble finding a parking spot. 4.5 stars. Front Desk Staff: Employees are nice and know me by name. They always say hello and goodbye when I leave. 5 stars. Locker Rooms: Felt clean considering it's a gym locker room. The locker room is smaller than most gyms, but it's always well kept. 4 stars. Weight room: This gym has everything I need to get a great workout as a Bodybuilding Competitor. The gym has multiples of the main machines people frequently use. Employees are frequently seen cleaning. Tons of cardio equipment. 5 stars. This is a good gym and the Lead General of this gym really shows that he cares about the success of the gym. Only negative is sometimes the trainers put signs on machines to save them for their training session, which is frustrating. 4.5 stars. I had the most amazing experience visiting this gym! There are so many equipment options, the staff is nice, the gym is clean and they have cool classes. I did the Monday night 6:45 class with Dana and had the time of my life! I felt like I got in a great work out and had energy after to finish my day. This place is a joke. Bad customer service. When I lived in Pickerington 3 months ago I had a membership there for about a year . They have a trainer there that seems to do training for women. Some ladies who are in the training class ripped and raved about this class and this guy. So I tried to sign up. That's where the customer service went down hill. Thus guy never resounded to me after weeks. He finally texted me back and apologized and said he would contact me again to set up. Mind you I'm going to the gym and seeing him and the ladies train. He never once said anything. So because I was so determined to get fit. I then went management. Nothingggg he looked at me as if I was ctqzy because I wanted to attend the class. The trainer and management is unprofessional . I now have moved to Arizona and the lifetime here is beautiful and everyone is extremely nice. Classes are professional and you sign up online not through the trainer . Professionalism at its finest. So I can say lifetime as a brand is ok depending which one you go to. It's been just over ten years since doing the gym thing. Considering all the gyms I've joined over my high school/college years, this one's got a lot of pluses. + This facility is quite large. Plenty of space for free weights, weight equipment and cardio machines + Large separate room for all studio classes (aerobics, weight training, spinning, etc) + Another separate yoga room for all those classes + Clean, spacious locker rooms: big lockers w/ built-in combination locks; several showers and changing rooms; makeup and hair counters; big benches for seating. + As far aside observed, the staff has been polite and friendly. Always willing to help! I've lost a significant amount of weight over the past 11 months, so this gym is just what I need to keep me motivated and give me variety. read more

Pros: A lot of equipment, treadmills, clean, up to date, classes offered. Kind of a luxury gym. Very spacioius Cons: For a LifeTime gym, it's not as big as the other gyms. It's small, there's no pool, no rock climbing wall, and you have to pay almost $50. I go to the gym just to work out so it's not like it's a huge deal to me. I don't like that a lot of the treadmills are always used up because it's reserved for those that have personal trainers. Also, I hate that the sanitizers are SO FAR from all the gym equipment that no one wipes the machines off because they're always far. It'd be so much easier and better to have more of them and in better range. I have been paying $38 a month for the gym which I think is okay but will soon go up to $45-48. I'm out soon and will be checking out other gyms. read more

The facilities were amaaaazing. The cleanest gym I had ever seen. The machines looked brand new. There were no waits on anything whether it be the cardio to the lifting machines. Locker rooms were very classy, sanitary and elegant. The biggest problem I had was the guy who showed us around he was very pushy in getting me to buy a membership when all I wanted to do was take a gander. Speaking to the same guy I made it clear that all I wanted to do was look around. He then asked my friend (who had a membership) and I if we were just wanting to work out for free. Because of that statement/accusation I did get a free one-time work-out... I was very interested but I still wanted to do some more shopping around for gyms. I absolutely love this gym! I started at Lifetime in January 2020. Everyone here is very friendly and willing to help you if you ask for help. I took advantage of the on boarding session with a trainer, George. He was great and listened to what wasn't working for me and then made suggestions for me to try. He hooked me up with classes that my current trainer LaTisha (Tish) had been teaching prior to quarantine. During the shut down, Tish kept in contact with me and when the gym opened back up, she reached out to see if I wanted to come back in. She assured me of the safety measures that were put in place, so I decided to check it out. This place was really clean before quarantine and they are doing an amazing job of keeping it that way, including cleaning the machines regularly, even when someone hasn't used it. Tish's classes are great. She is so knowledgeable about how to help you with your goals and she is extremely passionate about what she does. I've always struggled with my weight but working with Tish, I've finally found a plan that works for me and my body. 1. This is the nicest, cleanest gym in the area. There is a good variety of equipment and locker rooms are well equipped, spacious and clean. I knocked off one star simply because the facilities are lacking in comparison to other Lifetime gyms in the area. 2. Friends and family rate is excellent. Too pricey on your own. 3. I fully expect going through a whole load of cr@p when it one day comes time to cancel. This seems to be standard practice in this industry. 4. If you join and you do not want their magazine, make sure you cancel it immediately. I did not have problems, but others have. 5. They provide wipes for the equipment. 6. They provide lockers (that you set the combination) and towels. 7. If you go during peak hours, fully expect to wait for equipment. 8. The staff is as nice as any place like this. 9. They have a nice class schedule and adequate rooms for them. 10. They do close early on Saturday and Sunday. Unreasonably early on Saturday if you ask me, but it may not be an issue for you. read more

When it's comes down to it they have a huge selection of equipment, clean bathrooms, the staff is always very nice, they have all kinds of classes that come with the membership, a sauna room, coffee in the mornings , and always have clean towels, for the price it's a great deal. read more

I've been a meme bee here for about a year and mostly I have good things to say about this place. It's always clean and the GM is a very friendly guy who always seems to be there. My main problem is how there aren't more of their most popular machines. Also, I did once voice a complaint via email and it was never responded to. read more

Took me over 4 months to cancel my gym membership and get money back for overbilling. Mispelled my name on initial sign up so they used that excuse to keep billing me after I canceled account. Treated me like dirt everytime I went back in to get things fixed. The funny thing is that I was only stopping for a few months after back injury. Was fully prepared to go back after injury was better. Overall a decent gym. read more

The facilities are nice. The problem is that they have shady sales practices and take every chance they get to try to get their hands in your pockets. For instance, we were sent a magazine subscription that we never signed up for and were notified that we'd be billed for them if we didn't jump through the hoops required to cancel. When I confronted the sales guy about it he lied to my face, said we had subscribed, and generally acted like a twit. Update 1: Since that confrontation, they've let up some on their annoying sales practices. I still can't recommend, but their friends and family rate is hard to beat in the area. Update 2: This place is a sham. We moved, so we called to cancel, and they're charging us for 2 more months at a rate per month that's $20 more than the rate we had prior to cancellation. Trying to decide if a lawyer is worth it at this point. I'd rather pay an attorney than this place. read more
