The lewd, uncontrolled and immoral behavior of the males and some women at this gym is off the charts. At 64 years old I was bullied, sexually harassed and stalked by men half my age -- all because I dared to tell the management that I was being ridiculed and verbally attacked on the gym floor. And what was my crime. I was always smiling, happy, keeping to myself and enjoying my exercise. I lip-synched constantly to my favorite songs and ignored everyone around me because I was in my own workout zone. Billy White, gym floor manager, did nothing when I informed him I was verbally bullied by a man a member of his staff said was gay. When Billy did nothing it emboldened the friends of this diminutive thug to start filming my workouts, which is supposedly against LifeTime rules. Since I have been vision impaired for more than 40+ years, I never saw the filming happening. I only realized it when I unknowingly had a wardrobe malfunction and the gang members filmed it and publicly announced they had seen a woman's private parts. I immediately reported the incident to Brian Latham, then acting gym manager. Again, LifeTime did nothing. Brian did not look at any film to determine what might have happened or who might have been bothering me when the wardrobe malfunction occurred. Months later I learned the two black louts had distributed the revealing video to their buddies. I was subsequently stalked by the two black males -- the original bullying gay thug and the despicable bespectacled black male who did the filming. After weeks of publicly disparaging me at the gym, I reported the stalking to Billy White. When I returned to the gym a few days later, everyone was talking about the two black males who had been kicked out of the gym. To punish me for their bad behavior and well-earned banishment, the two crude characters had their three female friends secretly take additional footage of me exercising while I happily lip-synched and enjoyed my workout. Then the gang had their LTFC friends try to physically intimidate me and threaten me with physical harm. All this happened on the LifeTime premises. The filthy twisted gang members had their friends follow me home to obtain my home address as well. Then they made a revenge porn video that lists me as the content creator with my full name and home address. I have never seen this video but from what countless bullies, cowards and mental defectives eagerly discuss when my back is turned, the video supposedly shows me smiling and enjoying my workout while I show my private parts. Clearly the gang merged and edited multiple videos to create a false narrative. The thugs want the world to be duped into thinking I did this filming and posted this revealing video myself. They released the video on the web and to this day the secret link continues to be distributed from man to man. None of this would have happened if Billy White had appropriately reprimanded the short little gay black bully who attacked me for no reason. Every bully is a felony waiting to happen. Don't trust the LifeTime community. This entire community is too dense to recognize a revenge video when they see it and their single-minded herd mentality curtails any thought or or action geared toward ethical or moral behavior. They are clean and have nice amenities, but they are racist, and it's a boys club. The men can take pictures and will follow the women around making them feel uncomfortable. You can tell people, but it happens so much. What can they really do? You cant tell a man to stop following you, even to your car or that he is making you uncomfortable, because as a women, you are wrong and suppose to deal with it in this type of environment. They can put their hands on the women without repercussions. You report it, theyll cancel your membership. As someone who tried to keep to herself just workout and mind my business they want to cancel my membership because I reported Assault. Which is absolutely fine. This place has disgusted me. I felt my time coming to an end. I could no longer have a good workout. From what I've heard, if you are black and you report any REAL issues they will cancel your membership. Even when it comes to your kids. Thats why you barely see us there, or not for long. Its not safe. The last Gm was trying to make women preform sexual acts, and instead of firing him, they just moved him. The women had to get a new job for her safety. Which upset alot of white women. They don't care. It's a boys club. I started going here because I thought it would be safer, it is, for creepy men and husbands that hate their wives, not women who actually want to workout in a safe environment. Its not safe. I haven't met one young black women there that said they were comfortable. The older black people pretty much fought to be there and bite their tongues, but they knowww it's racist. They even silently segregate the hot tubs. I was told multiple times I was in the "whites" hot tubs. I operate in love, so my time in this dark space has come to an end, but lesson were learned. The thugs mad a minion follow me to get my home address and made me the content creator of this despicable video so men and women would be duped into thinking I did this to myself. The LifeTime managers then authorized trainer Bill Glass and other team members to sexually harass and trigger me because they were afraid they would be sued again. One of LTFC's former employees is still in jail for molesting kids. Managers didn't care enough about the kids in their care to actually watch the film that documented the ongoing child abuse. I would not give them a single star if I could. I have been a member since 2009. The management there is awful. Before you consider joining I would read all the low reviews on here and ask yourself if it just a few off the wall complaints or do you see a consistent pattern of absolute disappointment. When signing up...they will be so happy, nice, polite, etc. Just wait until you have a question or concern AFTER joining. They honestly won't care about anything other than trying to get more out of you. Don't say you haven't been warned. This is the first ever review I have ever done on any company that was negative. This gym starts off like a dream come true. All I wanted to do was cancel. Nothing personal, just couldn't justify spending $100 a month for I gym I visited maybe twice a month. They have made the whole process a nightmare. I am in the middle of a he said she said contest and the "helpful" customer service representative just called me a liar. Seriously? Why would I lie? You can clearly see the last time I checked in on your computer. Believe me if canceling was just a simple sign a form, that is the route I would have gone. I was told mail a certified letter, so I did. Maybe Lifetime should check that every employee knows what to say versus calling your customers liars. I have been a member for four years running and attending 1 or 2 times per week and This gym is great about their facilities and staff, But when you refer to the administration department are a total abuse they will charge another month after you have canceled your membership, no reason is as a punishment for having retired, whatever your motive may not have gym on site where you move, or do not have money I kept paying for anything, pay close attention to this. read more

We joined for the child care center and it was great until they began hiring a BUNCH of young men (18-30) to work in the child care area. I am not comfortable with a group of men around my small child. I think it's too much of to ask a parent to take a "wait and see" approach. The work out area is great but it doesn't help if you don't feel safe bringing your children. Plus, in June they had a man arrested for molesting children at THAT VERY gym. read more
