Upon entering the building, it was clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and donuts by JT. It made us feel like a million bucks. JT was so friendly! A 90 minute massage was fantastic and included a good scalp massage. My only problem was I put on the fill out sheet to focus on my lower back and that was definitely not the focus. Other than that, the pressure was fantastic and I felt WONDERFUL leaving the room. Between the massage and the facial, my friend and I were able to chat and enjoy another glass of champagne while they prepped the rooms. The facial was good by Nas. It was my first, so I don't have much comparison, but she walked me through it. My skin feels fantastic. It is not a cheap spa day, but both my friend and I felt like we were the most important people in the world and only we mattered. I will definitely recommend this place to others

No proper pressure. on top of that the girl was sniffling she probably had a cold and should have worn a mask. So, we are still in Covid times. Clearly did not follow simple health measures towards customers. Massage wise- Would not recommend The facial. I think it was done by Cissie. My goodness if you want to hear bragging about all the academia clients she has then you are in for a treat. She could not stop talking about all the important customers she has! How about her work? Well, first of all facials are done differently. To start with, she did not analyze the skin. She cleaned it, smearing product over the face, then put the steam for a long time on only one side, the other side of the face wasn't educated enough to get steam? I asked her a few questions, which she did not answer, she did not explain what she was doing. Kept advertising a product she did notknow how to pronounce the French correctly, and kept telling us how we would be eligible for expensive upgrades. The checkout? No water was offered. Painful, the ownder took a very long time. Just no proper customer service. In these days where we are looking at our pennies, these folks don't deserve your hard earned money. It was very clean, and they did perform a service, but it wasn't industry standard. I sure hope I won't be sick this coming week. Masks are easy to get by these days, or don't come to work if you are sick. Too expensive for NO expertise! No real knowledge of her craft. Please don't go there.

Larry does fabulous pedicures and foot massages. I don't care for gel and my regular manicures last as long as gel ones I have had in other places. He makes me a latte and I feel cared for and relaxed! I was surprised to see people mention turnover as Larry told me he had been there for many years. My dad and I have a tradition of getting pedicures in nice places together. While he is in town for Christmas this is where I will be treating him. He plays golf in Europe a lot (walking-no carts) and is always ready to have his blisters soothed after 36 holes a day. I am looking for a new hair stylist and will probably try GDS for that as I have had such a good experience with Larry and the staff there.

I was serviced by Paige Pendergrast, and she was great. Very knowledgeable, very gentle, and she walked me through what she was doing without making it feel overly technical. I felt completely comfortable the whole time. What I really appreciate is how straightforward their model is. Every treatment includes brow shaping, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, a chemical or enzyme peel, therapeutic massage, high frequency, extractions, LED light therapy, microcurrent, a treatment mask, hydration, and SPF. It's not a menu where you feel like you have to keep adding upgrades -- it's all included. And it's $140 with gratuity included, which honestly makes it feel even more worth it. My skin felt smooth, clean, and glowing. They also send you home with a little goodie bag with samples and product info, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. The atmosphere is welcoming, the people are kind, and the service feels consistent and professional without being stuffy.
