The 1st one was TNHHS Team Nurses Home Health Services, Inc. They gave me the runaround on the phone all day Monday & Tuesday no one ever called me to schedule my wound care or PT. By end of day on Tuesday I called my primary doctor office to get a new referral for home support. Wednesday morning I called the new referral authorization they said they did not have the authorization yet even though I gave them the number. I destiny home health.com/ waited 5 hours & called back still they had not received authorization. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro. Ironically, about a minute after that call, I received an email -- but it wasn't my doctor's note. It was a survey asking me to rate my experience. That pretty much summed up my experience. The lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through from the front desk was extremely disappointing. When someone is injured and relying on your office for documentation needed for work, they shouldn't have to repeatedly chase it down. The doctor himself was great, which is unfortunate because the front desk experience is the reason I rated my visit a 1. There a little computer right next to the door exit I was terrified someone was gonna come rushing in while I'm standing in my walker and signing this form on the computer. They have it in a very bad spot! They said they were working on it two weeks later it's still there. It took me a while the first time because the sun's glaring in my eyes mind you it's a glass door. & a long window above the door I asked the manager Angie how long is this going to take for me to fill out this form, she said it shouldn't take that long. I said I'm not asking that I'm asking how long is it going to take? Give me minutes she told me as soon as I stop talking I should be done. She was just completely rude. I told I keep repeating myself and asking you what I can't hear with the noise, the music the people talking all right there she said take about 3- 5 minutes. I said that's what I was asking cause I'm trying to hurry before someone comes through that door. I don't want to get knocked over. Second time I went in. I told her hold on we met. That's my bad knee. I just got replaced!! I told him take it easy you hurt my knee that gave me a sharp pain! Then I know they are with like two people at a time so they're trying to rush it so they switched me with another guy and I was doing my exercise and then when I was there, I couldn't do no more cause my knee hurt it far from that guy banging into it.
