As…read morefar as the office staff is concerned I have to say this is a sore spot for many-I'd give them a 3/5 & 2 (Freda & 1 whose not there anymore 5/5) on any day. This lady knows her stuff and really thinks outside the box about solving your medical problem with pure professionalism. She always follows through with paperwork and calls patients or insurance company etc., I can't say the same for all the other staff-which is sad in a good private practice. With the exception of one front end person the staff is friendly and helpful and they try to keep the flow moving. They also have a great work ethic and follow through with phone calls to patients except the one staff member I mentioned. If she were gone morale might be better & patients not so frustrated to find out that the rx that was supposed to be phoned in wasn't & no one was told including the patient! Now for the Dr. He has been in practice for many years and I have known him both as a patient and professionally. He is always friendly and helpful and very busy. He does speak both English and Spanish. Accepting most insurance, credit card, cash. He has been a great doctor for me and my family needs. The hours are becoming a difficult situation as they're closed on Wednesday and on Tuesday and Thursday only open part of the day & all day Monday & Friday. Unfortunately there is no after hours dr on call and they refer you to the ER or urgent care when simply speaking to the dr could handle the problem 95% of time. The office has handicap parking and a ramp up to the office. Waiting room is tight on busy days and sometimes may have to stand. I have been seen here for simple issues like a sinus infection and for some small surgical needs. Through both I've not had a bad experience yet. Also even with an appointment at 3 your likely to get going on was bask home by about 6 pm. Overall I would give Dr Bombach a3.75/5. I have to take points off simply due to the long wait time and push to remove patients off meds that work. He is a great person and friendly professional physician. I'm definitely recommend this office if looking for a new Dr who truly cares about you and is willing to listen and help. Thanks

She explained what each intake form I needed to sign was for!! My eval was done by Kerry. Kerry was very compassionate, understanding and easy to talk to. My knee responded well to day one of PT - I already felt less pain in my knee. So day two I go in and the same receptionist greets me by name when I walk in (excellent customer service tactic), I pay my co-pay and immediately get started - NO WAIT TIME!! So day two I work with Austin. Austin read my records and immediately made me feel comfortable by asking about an exciting topic I had with Kerry the day before. Wowzers, their service level is a 10/10!! Austin is a great conversationalist and I love that it's not just a one-sided convo. He was very patient, compassionate and empathetic. I highly recommend Life Bridge Health PT for all your PT needs. You never feel like a number. Everyone there is super helpful to one another and each patient. They have not been crowded and they push you just enough to help you get to the next level. What a joy it's been to work with this team. I'd almost call it "fun"!
