If I could give minus stars, I would. I recently asked them to fill out a prescription and when I returned to collect it, I asked the pharmacist and the person serving if the printout chit was with it. No chit means I can't claim tax back and tax returns do add up. I asked three times if the printout was there and both parties confirmed it was. Yes, you guessed it. When I got home and checked, there was no sign of it. I phoned the chemist and told them. ZERO apology for their ineptitude and they wanted me to return to the pharmacy to collect the printout. I reminded the person I was speaking to that an apology would be in order but she said they were very busy. I said that 'sorry' was 5 letters long and didn't cost anything to say. I asked the person I spoke with to post me the printout. When I finally received the printout, the eircode was so far off the correct Eircode, that it's a miracle the item got to me. Avoid like the plague. I've never gone back and I don't intend to frequent this place again. read more
