After many failed calls to other clinics, I came across IFMC one morning and was able to get an appointment the same hour. I'm so glad I found this place! Everyone was so friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable and cared for. The nurse was very thorough and provided me with so much useful information about being a new mom and it was all placed in a cute reusable children's bag I got to take home. I got my urine tested, second ultrasound, and bloodwork done all in the same visit. I went in very nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but left feeling accomplished and relieved to know my baby is healthy. I also recieved ultrasound photos to show my family (: Sorry for not remembering anyone's names, but thank you all of you for the great experience! I would recommend to anyone!

The male doctors discriminate women when they're treating females matters-- ESPECIALLY obgyn issues that they have LITERALLY have no grounds to refuse treatment on. Imagine we were born with an awful condition like having to bleed once a month for a week straight and all of a sudden it's our fault for being in excruciating pain during that process, but the doctors don't wanna prescribe you the medicine to aide that lol. Life, what a joke right? Or let's get into the lazy reception staff that I had an issue with last year and never said anything, but literally never come to this office because of. The last time I came here, they had me waiting for 45 minutes and never checked me into my appointment. Then had the nerve to get an attitude with me for them not doing their job. Or the time I came here last November, before they officially found out about corona virus. How I was sick as a dog, couldn't hold down food, was taking medicine and sleeping for 12+ hours a day. My entire body was in so much pain, and I was having sinus pressure so bad I could barely see straight. And how he took tests on me and told me that I definitely have a virus and there's nothing that he could do about it. After I told him all of my symptoms and how I could barely drive myself to the appointment. Or we can talk about what brought me here today. Like the fact that my wrist has been sprain for 2 weeks and this is the first time I've had a chance to come to the doctor. I asked for x-rays and an MRI because the last time this office treated a torn ligament in my leg, fast forward almost 12 years later, it's still messed up, still in excruciating pain, and I literally just asked them to re-screen my leg and of course, Dr. Cluck Wenger would not, and worst office manager of the year, Shawndra, literally sat back and watched him refuse service to me. ANYtime I have an issue with this office it's with this racist, overly emotional doctor named Dr. Wenger and at this rate I don't know what his issue is, but it's ridiculous. And the person that runs this office, Shawndra Thomas, A whole idiot if I ever saw one. It's 4 PM I had a doctors appointment at 2:15, and I'm barely walking out right now because of her incompetence, as well as the incompetence of her so-called doctors, and her inability to not only manage her stuff, but discipline them correctly when they're obviously discriminating against a patient. A whole uncle Tom for sure, extremely disappointing to see especially given the climate of everything race based that's going on right now. Amazing patient care and Customer Service. Literally service of the year award to this trash doctors office. Thank you for so much. And if you're wondering, nothing that I just went to go get treated for it and spent two hours in the doctors office for was actually treated. Awesome, right?
