They were easy and pleasant to work with to get the classes set up. We had our first class today. I attended the class today as well. Our teacher was professional and personable. We did 30 minutes in class room. and then 90 minutes in the pool. I personally deal with some sensory issues and i was able to work through them and was personally very happy with my experience. The girls that were able to go today also all really enjoyed themselves! What a great experience! I can't wait for my other girls to be able to try it. Julie was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to make us all feel comfortable with the variety of skills we needed to know to safely dive for the first time. I felt very prepared from the pool sessions she led to be able to do my open water certification and sessions out in Hawaii. I wasn't able to finish out my certification through Ocean First due to time constraints, but the Dive Instructor out in Hawaii was incredibly impressed with my proficiency underwater, stating that if I hadn't been signed up for the course, they would have assumed I was a much more experienced diver. I lend much of that to the great instruction I had here in the pool. I cannot recommend the course enough and certainly suggest everyone who wants to learn to dive to stop by.

I booked this company for my husband's 50th bday. A continental divide balloon ride is on his bucket list. He was really hoping for a ride near his actual birthday, 10/10. Turns out I missed the window Oct 7, was the end of most tours for the year. Except this company. Which felt like good luck. Until we heard our tour was canceled due to weather. Then the next night canceled again, no reason given. So, we decided, okay, can't fight mother nature. We decided to cancel for fall and try again in the summer. I never heard back from them that they received my cancellation. So, wishing to respect their schedule and not wanting to be charged for something we cancelled. I called them to confirm this afternoon. I couldn't even get a word in edge wise. Poor communication and unprofessional. Sue, actually had the gumption to tell me they are the only company for tours. Well, NO, they're not. Please do your research there are many choices with much better communication and customer service!

Chris was an excellent guide. He emphasized safety in a fun, relaxed environment. He offered many tips and lots of encouragement so they could, and would feel comfortable, to keep climbing higher. Chris definitely helped to create some core memories and I know my daughters would job at the chance to do it again.
