They also have a country club for their community golf course. They have an in ground pool for the residents, a work out center, basketball courts and sand volleyball. They also have a soccer field and huge grass area for play. This is a nice spot to enjoy the outdoors with your family! They also have a good sized parking lot. Two times a year the community has a community garage sale. They also have vendors located in the parking lot of this location!

What…read moreever it is I have been in to the Community Center to talk to some one on four different occasions. With the exception of one, I have been sneered at, looked down on and yelled at by the people in charge. Once when I went to report a broken piece of equipment in the gym, the woman made a comment how I must have broken the thing. Another I went to talk about a Rottweiler that has been very aggressive and broken his chain and nearly killed our dog. The woman just shrugged and told me It wasn't their problem to call someone else. Very snarky. Today I went to ask for permission to put up fliers to sell something in the gym. The man who was there was very gruff and looked down his nose at me. Telling me they probably wouldn't put them up. It isn't what they said it's how they say things. Every time I go in there I feel like they want me to just leave cause I am wasting their time. I went in there once to ask about having my ID renewed, apparently it was just after six and they were going to have a meeting about something. I swear the woman in charge SHRIEKED at me to get out they were closed.

Now I have family still residing in north Hampton, Hawthorne and churchill villages though I have moved back up to new england. This is a great spot for retirees & those raising families (though the school systems are really not keeping up with the ever growing population of wesley chapel). This town alone has expanded drastically a bit too fast for the schools, restaurants & other establishments to be able to keep up it seems. In my recent visit over the holidays I noticed there were petitions going around to forbid even more communities from being developed and that at least 2 more have already been approved. People seem to complain a lot around here about the "wildlife" being an issue, even though it was thousand of acres of wildlife that was demolished to establish these communities. Wesley chapel Blvd is a congested nightmare at almost all times of the day and the poor care that this areas own residents have for the cleanliness of this area is truly astounding (coming from someone who lives an hour and a half from NYC now). Lexington oaks still remains a great place to live from my perspective with an HOA that does it's best to keep the area clean without being too intrusive or over the top (but let's be honest they still are at times). The community center is a bonus, with a large, heated pool for all the seasons, basketball court, members only gym & of course the 18-hole golf course. It would be nice if they didnt let just anyone ride around in the golf carts, since many kids drive around their parents carts who clearly aren't even old enough to have a driver's permit W/O parents being present in the vehicle.

So we did, but then the usher said we needed to redeem that at will call. Just seemed their system isn't very modern. It's also not that cheap. The air conditioning definitely wasn't on in the summer and they charge a convenience fee but say the shows are priced "low" to share events with everyone, which seemed disingenuous. If I may wrap in the show to the review, we went to see the music of Burt Bacharach which was scheduled for 2 hours. The jazz renderings were fine, singer and band were competent but not well known, but they only did an hour of Bacharach, about a half hour of random songs, then left early, possibly to beat the traffic. My mom was so disappointed as she listed all the song she hoped to hear and didn't. They definitely had time to cover a lot more of what they promised and just didn't. I did a follow up survey on this and for a form response. Plenty of parking and the ushers who were volunteers seemed nice. The venue could be decent for small shows if the AC is turned on. The show was definitely overpriced for what it was. It would make a decent lounge show while we had drinks. The ticketing system, comfort, and show were all lacking for me.

While Colin has always been very kind and easy to work with, the other management at the property has not been. My husband and I were the first people to move into this complex and it has been evident from the beginning that this place was not ready for residents. This complex is an absolute nightmare and has been since we moved in. We have had an infestation of bugs (I'll include images below). Our home was so poorly constructed that we have had to have maintenance come seal up the doors on numerous occasions due to bugs being able to walk right in. We have had pest control over almost weekly yet the bug issue has not improved. We also had electrical issues with our home that resulted in the power company having to shut our power down due to what we were told was an electrical hazard. We lost AC, everything in our fridge / freezer and had to vacate due to the rising temperatures within the home becoming a problem for my dog and myself (I was 7 months pregnant). Despite all of the issues and contact with management the Middleburg Management is claiming there is nothing wrong with the home. Please do not be fooled by these people.
