Employee showed up 3x to my home in Monroe, Mi., and immediately had 3 different excuses if why…read morethey had to leave. This was for a one time move out cleaning. The second time, they swept up dirt in the middle of the kitchen and left. Two story home, and they never went upstairs, even though I asked for it to be cleaned. The FORTH time they came, they walked in and turned around and left after smearing about a teaspoon of dark grease on the countertop, took a picture, and said it was mold!! I paid in FULL, in January, have been charged service calls every time they showed up! I have demanded a full refund, and they offered half of my money back. I have called many times, they only have A.I. to answer the phone, and I have received no call backs, since I demanded a full refund. The last day when someone showed up for 5 minutes, they emptied a coat closet, in front of my front door, in a pile, and could not get in my front door!! Better Business has been notified, as well as attorney general, and my bank!

They throughly cleaned around toilets. I also, think they dusted our mantle, and were careful, not to break any of my nick nacks! I feel team 4 did exceptional work! I only had problem once, with Molly Maids, where one of the maids was afraid of our dog. He likes to bark, I tried to keep him away. That team left earlier, than I thought they should.
