Dr. Bruno's combination of stim machine treatment, heat therapy, manual massage and adjustment weekly has worked to help keep my pain and migraines at bay and I've found so much relief! He not only takes the time to provide the physical relief in office but he talks to you about exercises that will help and hurt, and ergonomic changes you can make at home to help you as well. Early this year, I spent about 2 years on a medical mystery, with one of my ailments being diagnosed as fibromyalgia. I tried everything, but nothing took the pain from me for a long time. I was on strong anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxers (neither really worked, but I kept taking them). I never even thought of going to a chiropractor until I heard him speak. I have been going for a few months now, and I am feeling amazingly pain-free. I am off of all medications for my aches and pains. I no longer visit my rheumatologist frequently- I am down to an annual visit. Dr. Klein is amazing at what he does and is very informative; I know about everything he is doing and why I was having pain. He is one of the kindest people I know as well. I also appreciate his wife, Hillary, who runs the front office. She has been incredibly patient and kind to me too. Kindness matters! He barely manipulated my spine in any real way, and was way too eager to push his products on me from day 1, namely his pillow, which stunk & was ineffective, meanwhile I spent $60 on it. It also doesn't help that his wife runs the clerical side of things, so she also pushed their green wellness products on you right away as well as pushing the need to write a review. It's just very inappropriate & unprofessional to take advantage of ppl in a vulnerable state like that-- we're in pain and we can't think straight, then suddenly they're pushing their products down your throat and not in a subtle way. Arthur also said to me day 1 that I could pay up front for their package which would've been about $700 without him even having touched my spine!!! That's plainly & simply a ripoff and once again, it's taking advantage of ppl who are not at their best. I'm sorry, he's a nice guy, but he's frail himself and not at all good at what he does. He & his wife ultimately give off the impression that they just want your $$$. I would not recommend his practice to anyone.
