Dr. Caram is a danger to the community. He refused to wear a mask during the pandemic, and he…read moredenied that disease can be prevented by wearing a mask. Any quality medical practitioner knows that they can be a source of infection to anyone they contact, even if they don't have symptoms, so they wear a mask to protect others. The better practitioners wear better masks (N95, without exhalation valves) to do a better job of protecting others. Anyone who acts as if infectious diseases aren't dangerous and contagious, because the body has an immune system, is a fool. Humankind has found out, throughout history, that the body's immune system gets attacked by new diseases and new strains of diseases, and the immune system can't always fight that assault. That is why vaccines have been a miracle for humankind. Dr. Caram uses his criticisms of vaccines to try to hide his dangerous macho arrogance about disease, which endangers everyone he contacts. It's the fool who shames others for their weaknesses, and that is exactly what he does. However, everyone is "weak" when it comes to disease, even if you are very healthy, because that is the human condition. However, having known Dr. Caram from childhood, I know the shaming of weakness that bullies did in our school, and that is what he does now regarding disease and vaccines. Because he is stuck being scared to show weakness, which he was trained in by the bullies in our school, he won't put a mask on or promote healthy vaccines because he is afraid of being a weak human. However, there is no weakness in wearing a mask or getting vaccinated: that is intelligence, and it's dangerous to others to not do those things. Please avoid this person: they aren't sane, healthy, or responsible to the community. Here is a link to his video, in which he shows his thinly-disguised fear of being weak, while pretending to be helping the community- https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=717284232340218

Dr. Beck is somewhat an old school practitioner, but when something works, why bother to invest in lots of shiny new equipment that doesn't really improve on that? One thing which has changed is that he's added acupuncture since he attained his degree a few years ago. No matter which approach he's utilized, my experiences have always been positive. I must say that the building he's in now smells funky. But I'm only there for 15-20 minutes on average, so it's bearable.

10+++ STARS... amazing. Still kind of in shock... waiting for someone to pinch me because I truly…read morecan't believe how quickly I went from extreme pain to feeling like myself again within a few days. For context, I'm in my late 30s and have dealt with a herniated disc in my neck and cervical spondylosis (hereditary + a bad car accident) for ~15 years. My flare-ups are usually debilitating... days or even weeks of being stuck in bed. Lately they've been worse and lasting longer. This most recent one hit out of nowhere, 2 weeks after I thought I was recovering after a round of steroids and muscle relaxers... I woke up in the middle of the night with intense, electric pain shooting from my neck down my arm. Even breathing and the impact from just walking hurt my neck. I was honestly considering the ER. To add to the chaos... this was a few days before a Disney trip with my family. I found PMR Danbury while desperately Google searching that morning... and from the first phone call, I knew I was in the right place. Christina was incredibly kind, calm, and efficient... she got me in within the hour and handled everything so quickly (TY again Christina!! You are so wonderful). Then I met Dr. Tilden... and man.... there are no words. He listened thoroughly, assessed everything through an exam/X-rays, and got to work with a level of confidence and skill that instantly put me at ease (even though I was terrified to have anyone touch my neck). He used a mix of treatments (TENS, heat, cupping, stretching, adjustments)... and I felt about 70% relief right there. I genuinely couldn't believe it. All of this in 1-2 hours from consult, X-rays, to immediate treatment same day. He saw me each morning after that to keep the progress going before my trip... and I'm now ~95% better. I never would've dreamt that kind of recovery.. I was totally happy with that 70% and didn't think it could improve that drastically. That speed of recovery is unreal for me based on YEARS of dealing with this. I've done PT, injections, meds... nothing compares to the care, precision, and results I've experienced here. Dr. Tilden is truly exceptional at what he does and the entire experience from start to finish has been stellar.. they have everything you could possibly need there + the best in class to perform these treatments. My advice... If you're in pain/limited physically in any way, don't wait. Don't second guess it. Just book the appointment. You'll be forever grateful you did. I am so incredibly thankful for Dr. Tilden, Christina, and the entire PMR Danbury team... your impact is seriously life changing -- nothing beats having quality of life and being pain-free. Can't wait to continue with maintenance (and enjoy Disney with my husband and 3 y/o son ). THANK YOU thank you thank you x 100000. (So much for me having "no words"... ). You guys are the best, hands down.

I was put into the hands of Dr Craig Tilden. This man saved me. The pain I was experiencing was excruciating!! Over the next month the Doc put me back together. If it wasn't for Dr Tilden I may have ended up on a surgeons table and no one really wants that. I highly recommend therapy first over surgery. So thank you Dr Tilden for everything. You are the best!!! And the staff at PMR is friendly and caring. Thanks to all Mikel D

A friend turned me on to The Willows and I was able to get an appointment there this past week for sinus cupping with Lori. (You can book from their Facebook page) Lori is warm and welcoming, I felt like I'd know her for years. She was through in explaining the techniques she uses and how they work with your body. My session was engaging, felt amazing, and left me feeling so much better than I did going in. Lori is not a clock watcher, there were no annoying timers, I didn't feel like just another client. The atmosphere was perfectly set for relaxation and focusing on feeling well. Super clean too! I'm already booked for another (longer!) session and I am so looking forward to it.

Lori made me feel completely at home and worked out all the knots in my upper back/traps/shoulders while holding a conversation the entire time to make everything more friendly and personable. A short 40 minute session helped me feel as good as new! I will continue to come back again and again whenever my back decides to break on me. Thanks!
