I could not have been happier or more impressed with the results! I watched the entire process and I was amazed by the entire team. They worked like a finely tuned machine and there was very little conversation between them members and judging by how well they worked in sync they didn't need much. Apparently each team member had a specific skill set but every team member jumped in when needed to work as efficiently as possible. We offered Sam a bonus/tip for the work done and he declined saying that he did what we discussed. We fe that he and his team went above and beyond what was expected. we asked him if it was ok to offer his team a bonus. The individual bonus was given to each of the five individuals. we are extremely happy that we chose Sam Patterson & son to do our driveway. I've att before and after pictures.

They had to special order my size. That's where I would have tried anybodies patience. I am a lousy carpenter, and had to change my measurements several times. I expected an attitude, but the guy who runs this place is awesome! Especially when the door came in, and it was 2 inches too tall....that was a last minute change suggested by the person installing it. I thought it would be too tall, and it was. Figuring I was screwed, I called this place anyways, and they said the return and exchange would be no problem, he just had to order what I pray this time is correct. This is a great place for getting doors, windows, or almost anything mobile home related. They stayed friendly through out my entire process of getting the size right. I felt pretty crappy, being the pain I was being, but I am quite impressed and will be doing more business here for sure!

I had a flooded bathroom on the second floor from a broken fitting. The water leaked through the…read morekitchen light fixtures onto my wood floor and then down to the basement. It was a mess! Dave Landry was there within 20 minutes and started the cleanup process. He had one of his men bring over a huge dehumidifier connected to mats to suction the water from the floor in the kitchen, saving the floors. Then big blowers started drying the water in the ceiling. The ceiling eventually needed work, but all of his crew was helpful, careful and courteous. I am very appreciative and recommend them highly.

Even though…read morethey were super-busy due to a snow storm with lots of damage, they got the drying out process started and then after a few days when they had taken care of more pressing emergencies, came back to begin the demoliton and restoration. Dave Landry is local guy and he's been in the business a long time. He seems to have a lot of good sources for replacing unusual radiators, hardwood floors, etc. He seems to know all of the insurance adjusters, contractors, and even gives tips on local restaurants and entertainment. I can't say enough about how much he helped us recover from this disaster
