I have gone into this shop multiple times, and unfortunately my experiences with an employee named…read moreJustin have made me extremely uncomfortable. Each visit, he makes personal comments toward me that feel flirtatious and inappropriate for a professional setting. I come in as a customer expecting a respectful, business-focused interaction, but instead I am subjected to remarks that feel like he is hitting on me rather than helping me. It creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. In previous conversations, he has made deeply inappropriate comments about his personal relationships that should never be discussed with a customer. Being placed in that position felt awkward and intrusive. As a customer, I should not have to navigate someone's personal boundaries while simply trying to make a purchase. The overall behavior feels volatile and crosses professional lines. Employees working directly with the public should maintain respectful, appropriate conduct at all times. I hope management takes this seriously so other customers do not feel the same discomfort I have experienced.

She orders 10 of my favorite product, when they arrive... they sell out in 1-2 days and then we WAIT AND WAIT for 3-4 weeks to get more on the shelf. All of the bud-tenders agree that this product sells out FAST, and many have said that they have asked her to buy more. And yet, we get 10 units that are all sold in a day. SUPPLY AND DEMAND is probably still a real concept to most... but not at CINDER. She refuses to be controlled by business norms or simple logic, she does it her own way. I'm a bar manager, imagine if i could pour you your favorite whiskey, but only on 2 random days a month? Her voicemail box has been FULL for 9 months. In that time, i've called dozens of times and NEVER been able to reach her or leave a message. Try it, call cinder now and hit the prompt to "speak to our buyer"... it'll be a full voicemail. i called the grower directly, there are no supply issues with that product.. he said she just needs to order it. I'm only leaving this bc Im frustrated, been asking forever.

I purchased a total of 6 concentrates of 5 different brands, I selected a brand then asked for the female budtenders INDICA recommendations considering there are no labels or markers on the products in the case. Without labels or any case light you have to trust the budtenders to do their job by knowing the strains they carry....which she absolutely did not come to find out as I Google literally every strain in my bag.... I am now sitting with 6 different SATIVA HYBRID strains that are doing absolutely nothing for me, There is no reason to go to this shop for any significant purchase. I feel very ripped off honestly and I do plan on letting my local friends know of my experience here.
