Not only do they not honor 10% discounts for worn display shoes, but their "new" manager by the name of "DQ" who's real name is Daquan doesn't know how to speak to people. When I asked him to write down his district and regional manager's contact information he replied back and asked me "do you not know how to spell the name that I just gave you" in the most rude and condescending manner that I've ever experienced in my life. Do yourself a favor and get rid of him because he lacks the competency of emotional intelligence and customer service. I'll be waiting from my call back from corporate to see how they can fix this issue. Until then I won't be returning back to this location ever!

Service was very helpful. The worker stayed with us to help measure feet and look for sizes. She even ordered my nieces sneakers to be delivered to her home. Both girls left very happy today. I actually was service by the store manager her help me in multiple ways along with the cashier and a few other women on the floor. It was nice to see everything in order and where it belongs.
