Decided to purchase a pop-up ,couple chairs, and a folding table. Store was great , employees where great and friendly. But I tried to originally make my purchase online for pickup at the store on my way to help the kid. But I couldn't complete my purchase because I am from California ‍ I don't like it either. But the online wouldn't accept my card. But I used the same card at the store. Just a little frustrating when you are trying to save time and can't. The stars are for the online service.

Bought nike shorts for $45 for a gift but they were the wrong size. Went in the very next day to…read moreget a different size. This one was $40. Went to the register to do an even exchange and to have the remaining $5 put back on my original debit card. Manager said their "return system was down" and had to ring it up as a "no receipt return" even though I had my receipt from the day before. Manager said I would get the $45 back on a gift card which I was going to use immediately to buy the $40 shorts. Cashier, Rayvin, showed clear signs of incompetence of her cashier and customer skills. Ended up leaving with no gift card and no money back. The new pair of shorts rang up as $36 but Rayvin said it showed up in their system as an "even exchange." We stood there for 30 minutes and lost $5 or $9 in the process of exchanging a pair of shorts that was more expensive than the ones I received. Was late for the birthday party so I left without getting a clear answer. Upset that the employee's lack of knowledge and skill prolonged a simple exchange process. She said to her other manager "she was ready to go home" so she tried to gaslight us by saying it was an even exchange. How is it "even" if the receipt says the new pair was $36 (currently $40) and I paid $45 for the other pair the day before?

The biggest challenge is to look at everything in the store and limit your spending! There is so much great stuff; I could have been in there for hours. I debated even writing a review because I want this place to sort of stay a secret (which would explain why it took me so long to hear about it even though I live within an hour from three of the four locations). You will not regret a trip to this store. It offers a lot more than the nola store simply because they have SO much more room. Also the workers are very friendly. Sometimes in the quarter you kind of feel judged by stores' staffs, whether that is created in the customer's head or not. Here, it is very friendly, and - bonus - less sales tax than LA.
