Always love this Tumi location in WTC…read more I do all my viewing of pieces incl looking at color swatches before buying mostly online, as well as gtg locks set and monogramming at this WTC location (and also at the Tumi location on 180 Madison Ave, also fantastic). They're very welcoming, incredibly professional, they make Tumi purchases a real joy. I've recently had to update all of my luggage (new size requirements, largest Tumi pieces after 10+ years also needing repair so instead of repair purchased new and mostly on sale). I nearly went with Ramona but the loveliness and professionalism of the staff in these Tumi locations sold me again on Tumi. I bought the pieces fr Tumi direct as well as fr Bloomingdales and 1 fr Zappos; Tumi let me register all the pieces for warranty, as well as get locks set and the monogramming done in their stores, no problem, no hassle. even those pieces I purchased on Bloomingdales and Zappos (when Tumi itself was out of stock I bought fr Bloomingdales and Zappos) easily got the locks set and monogramming done in the stores.

For example I paid $39 for a Polo Ralph Lauren polo shirt (which would have cost me more than $70 at other locations), $19 for a Calvin Klein polo and $13 for a linen short sleeve shirt (unknown brand) and $11 for a Puma baseball cap. For men you can also find belts, hats and other accessories. In addition there are backpacks, purses and a lot of things in the women section. The store isn't big so you might not find a lot of variety for some items, but it's definitely worth a visit. Home goods is next door and my wife loves it!
