I love coming to this location because of the people that work here I wish the organic produce was a little better but everything by else is great. I know it's hard to sell organic produce in Greer. I walked around the store and bought things on sale. Sadly, the sale prices that are posted is not how things ring up. The other problem, I bought a smoked chicken a whole chicken. I was very excited to get home and eat it. It wasn't fully cooked. I didn't realize and ate a chicken wing. I also bought a piece of cooked salmon. I'm not sure if it was the salmon or the chicken but all of a sudden I was so incredibly nauseous! Then I looked for my receipt. I had no memory of the cashier giving me a receipt. I looked through all my bags. I looked in my purse. I looked in my wallet. No receipt. Oh and I bought a bottle of evolution. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Opened it up when I got home and it was bitter, which meant it was going bad already. And I went directly from the store home so it didn't sit in my car and get warm. Since I didn't have a receipt and I felt I was overcharged... The charge of my credit card wasn't what I thought I had paid... I returned everything to the store. They were able to download my receipt. They did give me a complete credit for everything I bought. But there was something I went back and bought. Simple syrup mixers for alcoholic drinks. They were on sale for $2.99 and usually $4.35 or $4.50. My original purchase I had bought five. That's definitely a good deal and I use this product all the time. After returning everything, I went back to the shelves and grabbed two bottles of simple syrup. When I went to pay, here's a surprise: they rang up at full price. As I walked into the store, and as I walked out of the store, I kept telling people to check their receipts. It's very common for grocery stores to have sale prices posted, but not update their computer system and if you're not paying attention, you do not get the sale price. Well, sadly, I guess this is what this chain does. I hope the people who run this chain read my review. I hope they check how they cook their chickens in store and sell them as fully cooked. I know Costco and all the other grocery store chains do not sell undercooked hot chickens. Someone's not doing their job or they don't have their thermometers working. Very sad.

After not being acknowledged and no end in sight I left and spent my money somewhere else. On the way out I ran into the manager who was blowing leaves away from the store. He wished me a good day. I told him would be better at the customer service if people could speak English. I advised him his customers couldn't he told me that everyone gets treated the same. I highly disagree. In today's society if you don't have a bilingual behind your desk while their situation is figured out everyone else is waiting unnecessarily. At the very least someone should have come and waited on those of us that were waiting and not being acknowledged instead of allowing a situation that seemed to be going nowhere to affect those of us painfully waiting. This is a normal an excellent store with a great staff very welcoming and service oriented today but today was a failure. If you want "treat everyone the same". You have to know your audience and be able to help when a unique situation arises but when the store is outside doing entry level work someone could needing assistance inside they aren't going to get.

I went to the Walmart grocery store in cedar springs today. I was minding my own business when I…read morewalked up the soda aisle to get my husband's mnt dew. When I saw an elderly man sitting in one of the electric carts and it was beeping very loudly at him and not moving. I asked him if I needed to go get him another and he said yes please. So I went and got the only other one that was there. It had the sign on it that said ready. I unplugged it from the wall and rode it over to him. As I get there the battery on the second one goes from green to low yellow so I told him that one was going to die soon as well. He said that's okay honey I'm going to check out now. So he starts riding it to the check out. Gets about 10 feet from me and that one dies. The part that makes me so ill is there are people all around walking right by him, EVEN EMPLOYEES OF WALMART. So I don't notice that the second scooter dies until I come up the next aisle and he is sitting in the middle of the large walkway looking lost. So I ask him if I get you a regular buggy can you walk to check out and he says yes. At this time a Walmart employee is standing behind him PLAYING ON HER PHONE. Come on Walmart do better.

Called three times over the past few weeks to order a Berkshire pork roast for Christmas. 1st time I was told, no problem, call back in a week and we'll order it. The next two times I called back it seemed they had forgotten I'd called. But said they would call me back to let me know when they could get it. I ended up going into the store, and the gentlemen said he would get it tomorrow and he would call when it was in. This was two days ago, and I still don't have a call back. I'm a bit upset the service has been so poor because the meat looks awesome and I've heard good things, but I've had to find another go to butcher.
