She continues, excitedly and exclaims how wonderful their deli section is. Of course, the Yelper that I am, has to go and check out this grocery store. Though it's set-up is similar to Aldi, it also reminds me of Marshalls. There is a deli and their prices for meat and cheese are at least $4 off per pound, from the other nearby grocery stores. Yes; it's true and the selection looks good. Their grab and go section, has huge hoagie sandwiches, priced at $5.99 and enough to feed two people, piled high slices of swiss and salads. Green Hills has lots of snacks, granola bars, hot sauces, a little of this and that, no beef/chicken/poultry, sparse veg and fruit, limited household and hygiene products. There is a small selection of frozen foods, where I happened to spot Little Debbie ice-cream! Be sure to check the expiration dates on products, some items I've seen had expired. There are lots of good and unexpected buys for the savvy shopper.

Behind the counter, one man hustled on sandwiches while a woman handled the register, helped with orders, and somehow kept it all afloat. Pro tip: don't stop here if you're on a schedule. With a two-person crew, it's not fast food--it's experience food. I ordered the peanut butter mason jar milkshake ($9), half expecting it to be cash-only (it wasn't--credit cards accepted!). A few minutes later, my "milkshake" arrived so overflowing it had to be served in a bowl.
