Not bad. We've come by here several times to pick up baked goods. Some are pretty good, especially…read morethe profiteroles and cannoli. I think a lot of their items sit out for a few days, so that affects their quality. For example, their cenci can be a little soft.
La Palagina also serves as a little grocery store. They have a decent selection of items that you may need, from beer to cookies to produce. Again, not the freshest, but if you're in need of something and don't want to go into Florence, this is the best place to get it.
Don't know the names of the employees, but one woman is very patient and helpful. On several occasions she has given us wonderful suggestions, such as which bread to use for sopping up soup or which sausage we should use for our sandwiches. Another, youngerish woman seems like she could care less if we get helped.
