would be 4 stars before employing bully, hyperactive security officer, who paired with what seems the youngest member of staff are trying to show their power. After "situation" months ago, despite myself asking him not to do it again towards me ! young blonde male would provoke by "smiling" and gossiping with the security guy behind my back and manager on duty (Bernard) swearing at me multiple times - roasting myself in front of 50 customers. After finally finding member of staff who actually was interested in my view on the situation (I have to point out that majority of staff in this store is amazing and helpful) - security man has proven his power over me one last time cutting in our conversation and telling me that I wont be served in this store again (simply because I wasnt interested in listening to him)!!! It was my local store since opened back in 201x I have never experienced such ignorance before. To describe original situation that made young guy to start showing his attitude towards me - it was about age approval that he would perform by almost pushing me out of his way during scanning next items. It would be understandable at busy time - this was Sunday evening and just lack of patience and good manners.
I am in touch with the lawer - as the ban, given by security boy will be challanged. Hard to believe that company like Lidl would allow 2 boys - to play private games against selected customer who in the past dared to point out inappropriate behaviour. I highly recommend to go elsewhere. I know members of staff from other shops - who explained me reasons behind fresh stuff rotting on the shelves. I would rather go to tesco and pay 10% for something that actually can be eaten ! read more
