Decent ice cream. Cool memorabilia inside. Great place to take kids. There's a playground. .

While the selection of ice cream is average, vanilla and chocolate soft serve, twist, unextraordinary hard flavors (not homemade) we came here because it wasn't Dairy Queen or the more expensive Ben and Jerrys up the street. I did get Milky Way ice cream, mmmm, in a cup and was satisfied with the size of their small. I did not bother with the topping bar because it was a bit pricey and unexciting. What WAS worth the trip, and I recommend a trip to everyone, were the really neat collectibles everywhere. There was a very large gumball machine (out of order), a couple of old Wildcat gondolas with a wall of history, and so many other neat things to look at that I am glad there are nice places for kids to play outside, because I am certain that some of these items, like the old cigarette vending machine, are not kid-friendly .

One of my favorite things is going out to ice cream. I love non chain, original shops and Lickety Splitz was the perfect place to go. We went there around 7pm and the place was busyyyy. A full parking lot and people all over the playground and tables. Luckily we didn't have to wait in line and ordered right away. I would of given them 5 stars but the lady working seemed like she could of careless what I was ordering I asked for turtle ice cream and she gave me PB cup. Don't get me wrong it was good, but I want what I want and I want what I'm paying for. Anyway we did the make your own sundae ($16 for 2 medium sundaes) I have never seen a toppings buffet like that before. They had all your basic toppings and some non traditional ones as well. That was the feature that will keep me coming back. The ice cream itself was really good too, not sure if they make it there or what but I liked it.

Good ice cream. Two small cones $7.17. Got reprimanded for trying to put jimmies (sprinkles) on my ice cream. Was told they are reserved for sundaes only.

    A sundae all my own.

Awful finding out they don't accommodate people with nut allergies but they have in the past now seemed to change their motto

Their nondairy option wasn't that good. The kids enjoyed the regular ice cream. The waffle cones, could of been a little better

We've been getting ice cream almost every day and trying to get out ice cream from locally owned ice cream shops. Here in Conway we had been going to Trails End Ice Cream which serves up locally made ice cream with HUGE portions. On this particular day we had stopped at a local bakery to get some cupcakes and since Ben and Jerry's was located next door, we decided we would just get ice cream there. We lined up all the kids to place their orders but were shocked when they pulled out one micro cup and put the smallest scoop of ice cream in it that I had ever seen. On top that they wanted to charge over $6 for that mini scoop. We paid for the one scoop and quickly left and made the five minute drive to Trails End Ice Cream where the super mega scoop is only $4 and a double scoop (which is over a pint of ice cream) is only $6. I'm not complaining about the quality of the ice cream at Ben and Jerry's, but the super small portions are way overpriced, particularly when a much better alternative (Trails End Ice Cream) is only five minutes away. Save your money and avoid this particular Ben and Jerry's and drive down to Trails End Ice Cream and get freshly made local ice cream at reasonable prices.

While waiting to go in (only one family at a time due to COVID19) we asked a family who had already been served how it was. Rave review from them with added info that the ice cream was homemade. Well they weren't lying. The warm waffle ice cream sundae was amazing! They clearly use only the best ingredients when they make their treats. THE BEST chocolate ice cream bar none. Ample sized serving for really reasonable prices. And the service was great with warmth and attentiveness. Cannot recommend enough.

Now the employee was very nice but super busy so it took a while to get served but that gave us time to decide. Lots of different options of ice cream, not homemade, they must get it from some vendor based on the taste. We all opted for sundaes. They charge extra for every topping, even the basic whipped cream but they are in a tourist area so it is to be expected. We order different ice creams and hot fudge and some other toppings. The employee begins making this...he starts scooping 'hot' fudge from a container that looks like a ketchup bottle and puts it in the cup. We asked him if he heats it up, he tells us that whatever they used to heat it up (microwave maybe) broke 3 months ago so he puts cold hot fudge on the sundae???? What???? So we opted out of the non hot fudge but noticed that the other toppings were very scarce. I feel as though they are taking advantage of where they are in the hopes that tourists won't care and will pay for anything. The ice cream itself was mediocre...if you are craving ice cream while there I would say skip it and find another place that cares about their customers

But, it must be said, that iced coffee was a FREE REFILL (which they do for hot and iced coffees) for a different drink, and that different drink was a chocolate-hazelnut iced coffee, which was not what I expected, i.e. a 5 calorie iced coffee, but instead a syrupy, heavily flavored dessert drink with which I broke my fast far harder than I had meant to. Had I known this drink was not seasoned beans turnt to a delectable cup, I might have passed on it, and had I not felt the desire to rejoin my company, I would have asked for the heaviest of heavy creams to make it a straight milk shake, but I drank it as was and enjoyed it every sip.
