They took what felt like a parenting nightmare and made the entire process so much less stressful. They were incredibly thorough, reassuring, and got us lice-free quickly. After that experience, we signed up for their annual membership with monthly head checks. Thankfully, we've stayed lice-free ever since, but the peace of mind alone is worth it. If those pesky critters ever decide to make a comeback, we'll catch them early. The technicians are fantastic! Olivia was always so funny, personable, and amazing with our kids. More recently, we've been seeing Raylene, who is equally kind, patient, and wonderful with little ones. They somehow make something no one wants to deal with feel comfortable (and the kiddos get to pick what they want to watch on TV while they get checked). If you're a parent, do yourself a favor and save this place in your contacts before you ever need it. Hopefully you'll never have to use them--but if you do, you'll be so glad they're there. The team here made us feel comfortable during the entire process. It started with a head check. Upon finding out some of us had it, we did a treatment. We went back a week later to ensure it was gone. Unfortunately there were still a few eggs which they said was normal. At the third check it was clear. While this is something I hope to never deal with again, I'm glad I found a place that helped us through it. They even give a cute little crown on your first treatment. My daughter actually really enjoyed going. She liked having her hair combed, watching tv, and sitting in a big chair. I do want to say, it is pretty expensive. Luckily she found Pam and Diana. Their team was quick to respond and get my sister's fam treated! Luckily me and my girls were in the clear! My girls usually don't like when people touch/style their hair; however, Diana and Pam were so gentle and gave my girls the cutest braids. My girls were thrilled! My sister's girls were treated and were very happy and at ease throughout their entire treatment. Diana and Pam were so knowledgeable and shared all the myths and facts of lice and put our minds at ease. We felt like we were really taken care of! It's not cheap, especially with multiple kids, but it works. One and done. This is our second visit after several months. Diane was fantastic the first time and helped us again. She's incredibly knowledgeable and even showed us exactly what she was finding. Vanessa is helping us for the first time, and she's been great as well, very thorough and helpful. I'm especially glad both of my kids can be treated at the same time, so we don't have to spend double the time here. Hopefully this is our last visit, but if you're dealing with this frustrating issue, I highly recommend coming in and taking care of it right away.
