This is a place to go for well-crafted drinks. The bartenders know their drinks well.If you are coming to this bar, you have to like books and a laid-back atmosphere. Bookshelves everywhere, floor to ceiling.. and you might even be sitting on a stool made of books too.. It is always fun to discover such unique places during traveling in another country. If I lived in Napoli, this would be one of my go-to places.

This is a beautiful bar surrounded by great literature. The drinks are really good. Service is great and attentive. It does get stuffy in there so no need to bring a jacket at least in October. Overall its great bar to check out at night. read more

This is a beautiful, classy and calm feeling bar on a nice little Neapolitan alleyway full or bookstores. Easily one of the prettiest places I've visited in the city. read more

I can't figure out whether we just got the wrong drinks, or we were immediately pegged as tourists, but the cocktails ordered off the menu weren't astounding. Both were overly sweet for our American palates. They were well-priced, though, and for the atmosphere it was well worth a mediocre cocktail! Beautiful to drink among the books and low lighting, or sit on the street to watch the passerby. If you dig, you can find some books in other languages than Italian, too! read more

My beautiful travel partner and I walked in with bellies full of pizza and smiles on our faces after a long trek through Naples, all the way from New York, To be greeted by a relaxed, competent waitress who sat us in the corner. We ordered two negronis and basked in the soft red light and warmth of ancient books. The bartender/manager was a very talented and kind man. Inquire about his smoked negroni. I look forward to returning to Napoli and this is certainly a spot I would revisit. read more
