September 9, 2023 Imaginaire Customer Service is Very Good…read moreor Very Bad. Terrible Rewards Program. Forces PayPal for USA customers. PayPal currency conversion may increase the purchase price in USD? I have had problems being sent flawed coins twice. Very disappointing, should never have happened with good Quality Control, but the customer service via email is good. They refunded my return shipping costs and the purchase price of the coin promptly. It was still an unnecessary hassle. Customer service over the phone is terrible. He answered the phone and said he was busy moving furniture and will call back in 30 minutes. Wrong. He did not call back until the next day. When he did, again he said he will send me an email and call me back in 10 minutes. Wrong again. He did not send an email and did not call me back. The reason I called on the phone is to let them know I have made 11 purchases totaling $33,000 and I am still not qualifying for their rewards program. He said some coins qualify as a transaction, some do not. Many of my purchases do not qualify. You must make 10 qualifying purchases before you are eligible for any reward. Wow. This is a terrible rewards program compared to other online dealers. This means the net price or cost at Imaginaire could be higher compared to other dealers with a good rewards program. Also, if you are in the USA, you are forced to purchase from Imaginaire via PayPal. Watch out. It looks like the currency conversion rate via PayPal also increases the purchase price in USD? My suggestion is you do not buy from Imaginaire. If you are looking for a Royal Canadian Mint online dealer, try The Coin Shoppe, TD, Colonial Acres, Canadian Coin & Currency, TSC or Canada Post. Or...you can purchase directly from the Royal Canadian Mint. Plus, there are more online dealers.

It's located in a very walkable area of Quebec City that's surrounded by countless specialty shops and cafes, and I wish I had more time (and more money) to spend in this awesome shop! It's crowded inside. It's very crowded. The store isn't really all that large, but they manage to put three store's worth of merchandise in one small location. Wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling, it's all merchandise. The merchandise is crazy and awesome. There are vinyl records, games, comics, vintage signs and post cards, ages-old memorabilia, and more stuff than I could adequately remember to include. It was, of course, the vinyl record display outside the store that caught my attention. The staff was awesome and spoke both French and English. (I applaud the fact that so many people spoke both, when Americans (myself included, but I do know a fair amount of Spanish) tend to master only one language). Magasin Général P.L. Blouin is an amazing, charming, memorabilia filled shop that I wish wasn't so far away.

Low pressure souvenir shopping environment…read more This was the most comfortable store to shop in out of 10 stores that I shopped in. Also reasonable prices. Kind of disorganized but I liked the low key environment. The manager was very pleasant and accommodative and went downstairs to bring up more of a hat that I was trying on so that I can compare more on fit and feel. I ended up purchasing a Canada Hat here.

This is a very cute lil store where you can fond a whole lotta nothings and a bunch of lil sumthin…read moresumthin at the same time! I've been here several times but never found anything that sparkled my eye but always knew that one day when i'm looking for a unique gift for someone this would be the place to find it! Definitely stop by, look around and keep this store saved as a back up for when you're looking for gifts!

Happened upon this sweet shop while exploring Limoilou with my great host Olivia C. It's a mix of…read moreexcellent vintage and cool stuff from local designers. The staff were very friendly: digging out an unpriced, untested vintage portable record player for me to try and when it worked giving me a totally fair price on it. I got it home and am totally thrilled with the find. I also heard from the nearby brewpub Barberie that they love this shop and had worked with them to design their t-shirts. Quebec City has some truly heart-warming examples of local business collaboration and this is an awesome one, go say hi!

We sat at the park for two hours. The last two hours we decide to walk all the way to Fanamanga for a bubble tea! Because why not! The bubble teas are VERY sweet and all made with powder. They mix and mix and mix all the artificial flavours together to make the new craft, but they do this with love. The staff here are very kind. I do enjoy this little shop with shelves and shelves manga (en Français), the complete Sailor Moon series en Français, a shine of Totoro in its fluffy big size, a wall of Japanese snacks, and clothes!! And a washroom. It's a very nice place to hang for an hour! With a nice April breeze flying in. Peaceful and quiet. The customers who visit here are very kind also.

No recent pack or box for sell neither. They also want you to take an appointment with their so-called sport card specialist on the Thursday night only. Yeah right, I'll order them off Ebay for less and I'll get them faster.
