While, I would have been content to just slip the jacket on and check the size, the friendly woman working in the shop insisted on dressing me in front of a mirror. She showed me all of the countless ways I can style the jacket and gave me very thorough instructions on its care. The jacket was made with excellent detail to quality. I cannot wait for the weather to cool in Chicago so that I can start wearing it.

It is near the Notre Dame Basilica de Quebec. Simons is a very small and quiet department store. Convenient for the tourist who forgot to pack something or now needs warmer clothing for the cold Quebec weather. We were surprised that Simons did not have a small giftware section where we might purchase a unique souvenir of our visit to Old Quebec that would not end up being a dusty tchotchke.
