Updated review 8/11/22 I'm at year 4 of my install and the true colors of this company (and owner…read moreDenny) has shown! I had some early issues from their rushed install, such as a major one of not seating the propane nozzle bar with a screw, which caused it to burn outside the nozzle. This also shut the unit off on temp overload! I fixed it myself and they replaced the overload to get it running. They also don't have the intake/exhaust ran correctly as the photo shows. Since the install in 2018 it has ran fine until the last week of July and we lost all cooling. I never got a firm appointment to fix it and they did come out twice to put a band-aid of freon in it. They put dye in to find a leak and wouldn't return to address the leaking evaporator coil in the inside unit although I have a warranty. I was told by the company that fixed me up that they should have fixed it correctly the first visit to put freon in instead of letting it go low pressure again. This is after telling him we both had medical issues needing it fixed! We ended up going to another company to get it fixed! He flies a Christian banner on his billboard ads, talks like he cares, but obviously it's a front. Stay away! You have been warned how they operate there!

It was a little hairy getting the old shed out of the backyard but they took their time and did it without damaging anything. The price was right for an 8x10 vinyl sided shed with ramp and shelves on one side. I will recommend your company to all I know.

I spent a lot of time looking into Amish shed building companies and chose this one because they…read morehad the ability to provide a more bespoke service. That meant that they provided architectural drawings that were stamped and passed my county's strict permitting process, and that they were able to even do the revisions. It was a nominal cost, all things considered, and overall the experience with them was great. Then it was built. What a thing to watch. They built it in my backyard over 5 days, only 5 hours/day (they had to drive 1.5 hours each way to my home.) It was impressive, well-managed, and overall courteous. My 'shed' was two-stories and just over 600sqft, so it wasn't an easy, quick build. When the inspector came to check it, they were so impressed. They literally said, "Wow, this is so well built you could park a truck on it." I'm now getting electricity put into it, and then drywall: every craftsman who comes into the space says "Wow, this is so well built." It has been a pleasure to work with this company and to get such an amazing structure in my backyard space. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

After receiving estimates from three companies to remove my above-ground pool and completely…read moreremodel my backyard, I ultimately chose Lazo Outdoors--and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. The project included removing the above-ground pool along with all of the dirt, sand, and gravel that supported it. I also wanted the area leveled and restored with fresh topsoil and sod. In addition, I wanted my attached deck, screened-in porch, and railings completely replaced. One important request was enclosing the underside of the deck to prevent animals from making it their home or shelter. I also wanted the screened porch upgraded with a ceiling fan and interior lighting, while the exterior would have three floodlights and illuminated railings. Lazo Outdoors wasn't the lowest-priced or the highest-priced company--they were right in the middle. One of the biggest reasons I chose them was their excellent reputation and the warranty they stand behind. The lowest bid came from an LLC that left me concerned about the quality of workmanship and whether they would still be around if I ever needed warranty service. Choosing Lazo Outdoors gave me confidence that I was making a long-term investment rather than simply selecting the lowest price. Carlos Fuentes was the lead contractor on my demolition and remodeling project. If I could give him more than five stars, I absolutely would. His craftsmanship, work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in his work are truly exceptional. Just as impressive was his communication throughout the entire project. He constantly made sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the work and was always willing to answer questions or make adjustments to ensure everything met my expectations. The finished project exceeded everything I had envisioned. In fact, several of my neighbors were so impressed with the transformation that they contacted Lazo Outdoors for estimates on projects of their own. The attention to detail was incredible. Carlos and his crew installed a new three-switch panel inside my home, allowing separate control of the exterior lights, interior porch lights, and the Ring camera motion sensor they also installed. The ceiling fan remote was professionally mounted on the wall in the location we chose, and they even asked us what height we preferred for the fan before installation. They added three new electrical outlets--two inside the porch and one outside. The railing lights were installed with programmable timers that allow me to set them for day/night operation or specific on/off schedules. They also installed a new locking porch door, allowing us to customize the hardware to our preference. Throughout the entire project, Carlos made us feel like valued customers instead of just another job on the schedule. That level of professionalism is becoming harder and harder to find. People are often quick to write reviews when they have a bad experience. I wanted to take the time to recognize someone who delivered outstanding service. Carlos Fuentes is an incredible asset to Lazo Outdoors, and I will never forget the quality of work he performed or the way he treated us throughout the entire project. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its work and delivers exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service, I highly recommend Lazo Outdoors. They exceeded my expectations in every way.
