At first coming in we were both in sour moods knowing that my husband and I had a huge mess with my federal taxes unknowingly not being taken out, so we came in thinking that we would be owing a huge amount of money. Well we walked out getting money! Margaret helped us feel at home and was friendly and polite. She explained us each step what she was doing. It was well worth the money we paid to relieve the stress we were feeling of having to do our mess of taxes ourselves. Also H&R Bloc quoted me a minimum of $240 while Jackson Hewitt ended up being $135! Big difference. Thank you Margaret at Jackson Hewitt & here's to the future of claiming 0 on my w2 ;)
