I did not find it humorous at all. Leaving the location without having actually been helped after being blown off twice and waiting hours on two successive days. Is it worth mentioning the receptionist didn't have shoes on, just painted toenails? I mean, go you with the cool fashion choices and all, but I would at least appreciate professionalism in honoring appointments and actually helping people instead of literally laughing at them when they find out they still aren't being helped after waiting yet another two and a half hours. They explained to me that their system books people on the hour but returns often take much longer, so people just have to wait their turn in the order of their appointment. Um, no, that is neither my problem nor an appropriate way to do business. Fix your appointment system FFS. Update on day 3: someone may have scanned our documents in upside down, they cannot find the paperwork that was left with them on Friday without calling someone who took it over to WalMart so it wasn't even accessible during the appointment they set for us for whatever reason, and we're over an hour into a 'quick stop in and sign the paper' appointment. If you start early enough you won't have a problem getting an appointment time that fits your schedule. Our taxes are pretty straight forward and Tim always has them done within two weeks or so. The office staff is friendly and emails you when your returns are ready to be picked up and signed. Once we return the forms back to them they always promptly file it and we quickly receive our refund. My husband and I will continue reaching out to Tim during tax season!

He put the wrong account number…read moreon her tax return and it was deposited in a Wilson, NC BB&T account, which is not her bank account. This is fraud. He has taken no action to try an correct his mistake. Now, the IRS has also deposited her stimulus check into this BB&T account. It's been a year now and my mother has spent countless hours trying to fix his mistake. We may have to take Tim Wicker to court.
