They did zero work, literally zero, as soon as we signed up they literally told us to go find comparable property sales ourselves and sent a bill at the same time because they wouldn't do any work to try and protest for us thus they knew we would not find any savings. The entire reason we used them was to find the comparable and do the protest, which they didn't do either of. They should at least have a policy that if they have zero data they can use to make a case, you should not pay anything to them at all since they won't do anything. I would not use them again, I have contacted state representatives to suggest regulating this industry due to unethical companies like this one.

My tax preparer Spencer missed…read moresubmitting a W-2 for 2021 and when I filed my taxes in 2022, the IRS contacted me to let me know of the mistake and now I have to pay the IRS over $8,000! Since this mistake was brought to light, Spencer did not return any of my calls or emails. I then called the office and spoke to Frank who assured me he would take care of it. This happened last year and here we are months later and this issue is still not resolved. Every time I call their office number, all I get is their voice message and despite leaving messages, I've not had not one call returned. They have a portal to which Frank has answered some of my questions but when I messaged him on Dec. 8th to ask about the status of my payment, I've yet to get a reply. I just called this morning again and YET AGAIN, the answering machine came on! Looks like I will be handling this directly with the IRS. Worst service I have ever received from any tax preparer. This is a family run business so you are not gonna get anywhere with Spencer, Frank, or Laura! I am forced to give them a star in order to publish this but that is not because they deserve 1 star.
