Over the 4 years, I have had different preparers, but all have been excellent. My taxes aren't super-complicated, but for the prep cost, it isn't worth the hassle, even with a computer program to help. Natali was my preparer the last 2 years, and she was excellent. Their service is detailed, thorough, and quick. I walked in and dropped off a stack of paperwork (this year they scanned each sheet so I could keep the original) and emailed me with a couple of questions the next day. They were done 2 days later. We were given the option to sign online or come in to sign. We went in and everything was explained and we were out of there in about 25 minutes. Given the number of forms and pages between US and AZ taxes, it went very quickly. I definitely recommend them if you are like me and hate dealing with taxes.

We just received a letter from the IRS over the weekend indicating not only are we not getting a refund, but we actually owe $400. To add insult to injury, they were closed yesterday and then closed again today so we can't talk to someone and ask how they were so far off. If they rectify this for us in some way I will update my review, but when we filed our own taxes many many years we NEVER got it wrong. Not sure how we paid these people $700 and this is the end result? Update: I tracked down their hours and it seems they're not closed, but their hours are only 9 am - 12 pm every day. I'm a teacher (teaching summer school) so I can't call them to discuss this. We uploaded the letter from the IRS into the portal over the weekend and haven't heard back.
