We went to Alpine for a storage shed for my wife's handicap…read moreequipment and had Justus design the building. We were very pleased with how he and George coordinated the building design with a ramp up to the building. Now I can get her handicap equipment scooter, wheelchairs, walkers, canes and other medical equipment into a first floor, no steps, storage area. The building is built well and passed county inspection for permit just fine. We noticed in the shop that the people who worked for Alpine were very professional and quality oriented. We appreciate each one who worked on our shed. We highly recommend Alpine. God bless you and your business.

I regret ever doing business with Premier Metal Buildings. I paid them over $14,000 in deposits --…read moreone by check in December 2024 and another in cash in March 2025 -- for a 30x50 metal building. They gave me an estimated delivery window of 8 to 10 weeks, and it's now been more than 6 months with no building, no progress, and no refund. Communication has been extremely poor. After repeated calls and messages, I was finally told that legal action was already being taken by another client -- which only raised more red flags. As of today, I've received nothing for the money I paid, and the company has made no effort to resolve. This feels like a total breach of contract and possibly fraud. I'm now pursuing legal action and filing complaints with the North Carolina Attorney General's Office and consumer protection agencies. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them. BChild Thomasville NC

Michael in the service department has always been available to answer questions by phone and if I've needed to take the tractor in, he's even come out to look at the tractor before I take it off the trailer to see if it's something they can fix/repair on the spot rather than having to leave it. Everyone I've interacted with has been very helpful and willing to help wherever possible. They will continue to get my business as long as they continue the great customer service I've experienced with them!

I saw some buckets with lovely items - cut greenery - and on the window, there were prices for x number of stems. It looked like they were selling them. This woman about to enter the store raised her voice and was telling me things - she was rude and spoke with what seemed to be an Irish accent. I assumed she was a customer so I basically told her I didn't ask for her to say anything to me. About a minute later, this nice guy comes out and helps me, which I appreciated;however, this is the last time I buy from Godley's. The woman was someone who should NEVER be around customers. She has zero customer service. Since the guy came out to help me so quickly, I believe this rude woman actually works there. Sadly, this experience is enough - their flats of annuals aren't worth giving $$$ to a company either run by or employs this person without keeping her completely away from all customers. She was NOT having a bad day either.
