This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Unfortunately my experience mirrors the other reviewer. We hired BAT in July 2013 to replace our drive. By January 2014 it began to develop pop-offs, cracks and fractures. After months of back and forth (where I was accused of using rock salt etc) the owner (Bernie) finally agreed to replace the drive. In fact the concrete supplier (Ernst) agreed to supply the material for free. Bernie said they'd replace the drive in "early" 2015. I have not heard from him since May 2015. He has not answered a single call, text or email. Extraordinarily unprofessional and would not recommend. UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the BBB but BAT has failed to respond in any way, As a result they have had their BBB accreditation revoked. They are no longer a BBB accredited company. Very sad and very unprofessional.

After day one it took about a week for them to show back up. They patched about 1/10 of what they took out then didn't show up for a week or 2, David did not respond to calls or texts leaving interior exposed to the elements. When I bumped into him while I was walking he said Joey would be doing it. Joey shook my hand said he would be there tomorrow and he would knock it out, he never showed up. He showed up about 3 days later for four hours and made zero progress. While here he said David messed up. After calling both numerous times I finally got ahold of Joey and was told "I told David not to quote your job, it's too much and too difficult and I don't want to spend that much of my life on your house" I finally got back ahold of David to basically tell him I wanted my money back and pick up their stuff. He was very apologetic and said he would be there the next day at 10am, never showed so I called him, he ignored my call and texted me that it was "his bad, I'll be there Monday" I then told him to pick up his stuff and give me my money back. While they knew I wouldn't be home they grabbed their things and headed out 4 days later.
