Then, when my homeowners came up for renewal, I asked to shop around , and I got every excuse under the sun to not have to do it. I guess maybe they know best! Not very customer savvy! And if I could put a zero rating, I would give no stars at all! I called and I saved myself half of what I was paying them! That speaks volumes! With the same coverage, I might add!

Soooooooooo bad service . Can't write enough how bad this group is!! I have my auto and home…read moreinsurance with them, and I have got my father and since I am in the auto business industry I have referred a lot of my customers to sign and switch to this group. However price went up no explanation was made or notice . And that wasn't the problem but for first time My father needed a service on His car after a problem on his car on high way when his car had mechanical issue. We have the tow service with out policy not only bad response on the phone in more than 5 phone calls but also each phone call was for over 30 min and every time was different response however my father stayed on the highway up till 4.30 am on the high way in cold weather and no heat in the car. So I go 4.30 am to pick him up and leave car on the side of the high way. Keep in mind that they said some one on the way since 7 pm and 9 hours after still no one showed up. And even 24 hours after still no one came to pick up the car then we had to pay over 300 to tow the car throw privet company. And even no truck showed up from the Koritko group they said they only will cover $75 for the towing . I'm in shopping for new insurance for my self and father auto and home. I would not risk my house to be covered by this group. I don't know them but my mortgage broker recommended them at the time I bought my house. And just like he did send me to this group but I will make sure to not have this happen again and will Share my experience with my clients and advice them to switch and never to refer any one to this group. They didn't even call or try to do any thing about their mess. DO NOT SIGN WOTH THEM PLEASE. Your KIDS WIFE OLD FATHER AND MOTHER. Not SAFE . I wanted to share this Bc don't want this to happen to any one else.
