Can't say enough about liberty and there technicians. Last week we had a water pressure line burst in the wall causing the water to leak from the second floor down to the first floor. The water traveled though the wall cavity and flooded the kitchen and living room. We called a plumber immediately he advised us to turn off the water main while he was in route once he located the line and fixed it we asked him "now what?" He recommended we contact a professional water mitigation company that specializes in drying wood floors and cabinets. We Googled water damage and found Liberty. Being that it was around 9pm my wife and I figured we'd get an answering service but to our surprise we spoke to the owner Reynaldo. He answered all our questions put us a ease and assured us a crew was on there way. Can't believe what a great group of guys his technicians were on site within 45 minutes explained the entire process and got to work. They did an amazing job and the best part? We had a A/C leak and thought we had fixed the problem. Unfortunately everyone in the house started getting headaches and allergies, after investigating further my husband and I discovered that there was mold growing inside the closet. We called Liberty and they scheduled us the very next day. As soon as they saw the mold they did a containment of the area to ensure we did not continue breathing the mold particles. They treated the closet and made sure to let us know all the steps they would be taking to remove the spores. I felt very relieved that they worked so fast on helping my husband and I in this process. The two gentleman that came were very courteous and respectful of our time and our home. We have very expensive items in our house and they made sure the equipment they were using would not interfere with our belongings. If we would have called them initially we would never had the mold to begin with. Hurricane Michael literally destroyed our neighborhood there are only just a few house that withstood this powerful hurricane and one of those houses was mine. It's very sad what has happened here with no Internet connection I was compelled to drive hours away to my family's home so I could leave this message. Liberty was God sent and we are so grateful for them. Half of our roof is missing and they just happened to be driving in our area when we flagged them down. They immediately came to access our damages and they were able to place a tarp on our roof to prevent further damage! Although the tarp is only temporary it will help us until we can get someone to fix the roof. I would give them 6 stars if I could just because they were driving around just to offer help to anyone! I never do these types or reviews, but I was so pleased with the service provided by the team in Liberty Extraction and Drying, I had to say something. A few weeks ago I had a leak in my Miami House. It was from the second floor to the garage area. I called these folks and they took care of everything over the phone. They did all the mold testing and remediation. They dried the property and took care of dealing with the insurance company. These guys were awesome, I'm out of town so I was not there to supervise the job, but I had no need. We leave in Pompano and all the companies in our area had awful reviews so we started calling different companies that were not that far away. We found liberty through google and called, the young lady who picked up the phone was very nice and helpful. She was considerate regarding our availability so we could be home and worked with us to get someone out here quickly. When they got here the technicians were very organized with their equipment and made sure to explain how the machines work in the event we needed to turn them off for whatever reason. I called Liberty Extraction for a leak that we had in our living room, the water was leaking into the walls and all over our floors during this rainy season. We called their office and the woman who picked up the phone was very nice and helpful. Vanessa quickly gave us an appointment to have someone come out and tarp our roof and dry the inside of our home. After a couple of days the walls were dried and they made sure to check everything before leaving. They responded very fast and they answered all of our questions and concerns. Ever since there was heavy rain a few weeks ago there has been a weird smell in my home and I was suffering from migraines. I was alright but when my daughter started getting sick I needed to have the matter resolved QUICK! Rey and his team are great to work with. I found them knowledgable and professional. They set up their equipment quickly, which helped minimize any damage and got any water out of the home. They came back on day 2 to check everything was going well (i.e. water was being drained away) and when they came to take their machines away a few days later the home was totally dry. I had an insurance issue where they had to come and dry a complete wall, remove part of damaged ceiling and clean up a bunch of debris as a result of the damage.
