From the teachers to the staff to the other families, everyone is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in the students. The teachers care deeply about their students and go above and beyond to support them both academically and personally. I've seen firsthand how much dedication they bring to the classroom, and it makes a meaningful difference for my daughter. The Extended Care program has also been amazing. As a working parent, it's incredibly helpful, but what really stands out is how wonderful the teachers are with the kids (shout out to Mrs. Cindy and Mrs. Isola). They create such a positive environment that it's sometimes hard to get my daughter to leave at pickup! We feel very lucky to be part of the Saint John Vianney community and are grateful for the caring environment they provide for our daughter every day.

The moment we joined, we felt surrounded by a community that is nothing but loving and supportive. We haven't just found a school; we've all developed lifelong friendships here. Our child is surrounded by dedicated teachers and staff who genuinely care about their success. SJV does an incredible job of balancing rigorous academics with a strong focus on faith and character development. It's more than a school; it's an extended family.

I can't stand this school don't send ur kids here the teachers don't care if u get bullied. this is the worse High school. this is my first year at Mount Pleasant and i've been getting consulate threats this kid threatened to fight me taking my stuff without my permission always getting into conversations, and likes to bullied my friends. He wont even leave me alone we are mining our own business and like to be in our conversations and he doesn't mine his own busy he also likes to call my middle name I had all school year.that I have enough at this school. This school needs consequences with actions. People getting jumped but the people that jumped people doesn't get punished and treats them well when they can't help the victims.

And there a lot of fights here and I was forced to fight to defend myself because some kid was bullied me. The students are so disrespectful to the teacher's like there calling the teachers names like WHAT THE HELL. To be honest if your thinking to enroll or transfer your kid to this school DO NOT DO IT! like sent your kid to a better school like pidemont hills, evergreen, independent, santa teresa or silver creek. And yes i,m not coming back to this school next year screw this school.

The teachers in the math and science departments are mediocre at best and terrible at worst. The counselors do not understand academic rigor and shield the students from real-world problems. For a school that "Teaches them what they need to know for life," it is teaching the students that the whole world will accommodate them forever. The environment is also quite toxic, as there is a lot of drama and students want to see each other fail whether socially or academically. Save your money, do not go to NDSJ.

Not just academically but also when it comes to kindness, love, care, and character building for all the children modeled by teachers and staff. Even though it is not a religious school, I feel there are more love and compassion in this school more than any other religious place I've been to. Everyone, the principle, teachers, staff, students, fellow parents, all are so caring and making every member of the school feel so special and loved. Children need love! I feel so good dropping Jake's off each day at school and he loves going to school so much! Alexander keeps saying how come Jake's school is so cool and all Jake's teachers love him so much!! They also organize a lot of cool events. They want the children to be well rounded. The school relies heavily on staff and parent volunteers since it does not have much funding and it serves mostly low income students. Yet everyone serves with all their heart !! Still contemplating on moving Alexander over to Jake's school. ROMO with all our hearts!!

I think we got lucky to get into this school and so far we love it. The school is small and don't have much parking but the school create and organize really smart and convenient way for parents to drop off and pick up the kids. All the teachers are really nice and friendly. I get my answer back whenever I have concerns about my kid (through texts messages and in person). My kids are happy and improved everyday I can tell. I am proud and happy that my children are in a good environment and being successful.
