I read the comments that the lady at the register is rude and to be honest she's never been rude to me. She has a very serious demeanor though. Anywho, the shop is small with lots of different items, from earrings to furniture. Overpriced? yes very much so. That is why I'm giving it 2 stars. I wish they would drop the prices a tad bit to be competitive with the other thrift stores. Location: Fortune Plaza, 331 US Highway 80 East in Pooler Parking: Plenty of free parking Prices: Overpriced although they do have a few clearance racks outside. Mostly clothes. Customer service: hit or miss. Depends on the ladies mood I suppose.

The store is a decent size but not huge. I'd say about a quarter of the place is wood but they also have cabinets, paint, doors, rugs, loads of decor and more. If you're renovating a house, this is the place for you! They were having a rug sale the day I was there. The 3x5 rugs were $5 and 5x7 rugs were only $14.99 - all were really great quality! I feel like that's a steal of a deal! I'll definitely be back.

Over the years I've acquired quite a bit of clothing from this boutique and always find myself going back to see what new pieces they've added to their collection. It helps that I follow their Facebook page so I always see the updates ( although I don't know if my husband would agree hahah). But what I love just as much as the clothing and accessories is that BoldSoul Boutique really stands for something much greater than itself. A percentage of their sales goes to a children's home in Haiti, the owner actually goes there a few times a year to help out herself. With so much going on in the world it's always good to see there are still genuine people out there who are wanting to do good. Because of their amazing customer service and what they stand for they definitely have gained a customer for life with me.
