We had to use them because of a staffing crisis. Most of the people that were scheduled to assist…read moreus, never showed up. The ones that did- 1 out of 5 was a decent employee. The rest were consistently unprofessional. The week that we had to stop using the staffing agency, we let the agency staff know what day would be their last day with us and expressed our gratitude and offered recommendation letters for their future positions. They trashed our dining room and left it a mess for the next shift- walking off the job before the shift was over. Obviously, don't use a staffing agency if you can help it. but if you must use one, look elsewhere. Even the billing department from the facility was unnecessarily rude. That's how you guarantee no future business. I'm very thankful our hiring crisis is over, and in the future, its more peace of mind for me to work a 12 hour shift than to try to use this agency.

They informed me the job was temp-to-hire but they assured me they were in the business of putting the right person in the right job. I was placed quickly with a company that I had faith in but after three weeks Betsy called me on a Sunday and informed me my last day was the previous Friday. She gave me zero explanation and I was told to "not read between the lines." She told me to neither call or show up to the company. I asked if she could call them and get any information as to why I was let go - perhaps I could use it as a lesson in my next job. I never received another phone call from Express Employment Professionals and when I went to pick up my final check they acted like they had no idea who I was. They were very cold and the whole experience with this company left a very bad taste in my mouth. If you're using a staffing agency, I would suggest ANY other company but this one.

I would not recommend this agency to anyone , not for a strike , per diem , or travel assignment…read more They don't pay you by what the contract agreement states. They have employees doing fraud . They still owe me money but somehow they have to "investigate". They don't tax accordingly to state laws . I wouldn't dare work for them again. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
