Ms. Lilly missed 2 hearings and one was stricken due to a procedural mistake from their office. They were defensive about their mistakes and dismissive of my concerns with my case. Be careful with who you hire.

After a little conversation, he does not help anyone who does not have $250 plus an hour and he seems to be as most money hungry attorney. He's not looking to actually help his client. He's looking to steal as much money as possible no matter what your problem is. He has a sour disposition and he treats people like crap. I told the VA to get them off of their recommended sheet because they're not looking to help veterans. They're looking to take as much money as possible. I would suggest if you're looking for an attorney to continue to look because this man I wouldn't trust as far as I could throw. You be the judge it's your money to throw away, but I want somebody who's going to fight for me. Who's going to charge me fairly and who has my best interest in heart not his own.

Big Thanks to Brian Dosch & Amanda…read more After recently moving to Washington, I've faced more than my share of challenges. When I reached out to Attorney Brian Dosch and spoke with Amanda, I was immediately met with kindness and warmth. Amanda made me feel so welcome from the very first call, which meant a lot during this stressful time. When I met with Brian, he spent nearly an hour patiently listening and giving me advice -- and even refused to take payment because he genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision. That level of integrity is rare and something I'll never forget. If you're in Yakima and need legal help, I highly recommend Brian Dosch's office at 1111 Yakima Ave. You won't find a more compassionate team anywhere.

The moment he walked into the courtroom, it was clear how much respect he commands. More importantly, he is kind, empathetic, and truly one of the best attorneys you could ever hope to have on your side. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, Tim and his office treated my family with unbelievable compassion and professionalism. I can't begin to express how much that meant to us. Knowing we had someone of his caliber fighting for us gave us comfort and confidence when we needed it most. I would recommend this office to absolutely anyone in need of legal services. If we ever need legal help again, this will always be our first call.

He is a lowest hanging fruit picking ambulance chaser. Based on my own observation I would keep him of tv commercials as it is pretty obvious that he hits the sauce pretty heavy and often. Don't be surprised if he might drop your case via text as he did with my wife's case. Yes a true unprofessional. Oh, also don't be surprised if you can't get a straight answer particularly a yes or no answer type question. He dropped my wife's malpractice case cause he dragged his feet trying to arm chair quarter back a out if court settlement. When that did not happen he dropped the case two plus years effort ...yes he sent a text of his withdrawal from the case. I found this cowardly and unprofessional. Well, this is my two cents.

Having always been able to handle decisions and be proactive, I was very surprised at my inability to focus and the brain-fog from these injuries while healing. Concentration was difficult and post-accident events that had to be handled arrived almost immediately. You are not just dealing with your auto insurance, but also with health insurance and, in my case, Medicare (very complicated), car-impoundment, bids on loss, doctor appointments, etc. all while suffering pain and trying to heal. The one decision I did make quickly was to realize I needed some help. I was lucky to have attorney Bryan Smith and paralegal Janet to assist so no mistakes or bad decisions happened. Communication was clear and quick. I simply informed them of anything that came up and they took it over. Not only did Tamaki Law handle these things expertly and with kindness, but they also always took into account my desires and interests during the settlement. I could not have done this on my own or realized the amount of settlement I received. Thank you to Tamaki Law--highly recommend.

Mr. Bothwell met with us on a Saturday to get the claim started. His staff took care of requesting medical records, and making sure they had everything they needed from my husband. They acted as liaison between us and Social Security. My husband was promptly approved! Because the approval happened before the eligibility date, there was no backpay, so Bothwell & Hamill charged nothing for their services. My advice to anybody applying for Social Security is don't do it alone. Go to an attorney for your initial application. We highly recommend Bothwell & Hamill to help you wade through the complicated process. Unfortunately, a high number of claims are typically denied on the first attempt. Having an attorney can increase the likelihood of approval. Bothwell & Hamill made sure that Social Security had all info needed, making a denial from Social Security difficult to justify. Go to Bothwell & Hamill. You will be glad you did.
